Shiraz was very helpful and provided us with lots of information to allow us to make a comfortable choice on mattress type.

The service was excellent. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and got us an amazing deal. There are other bed shops in the same retail park and they couldn't match what was offered.

We ordered a divan, mattress and headboard at the Boing Day Sale price with interest free credit, payable over 30 months.

Purchased a bed from the Watford store early September and told delivery in 6 weeks
6 weeks past before I got a delivery date a further 5 weeks down the line. A few days before delivery was due I was notified my bed and mattress will be delayed by a further 6 weeks meaning nearly 17 weeks wait provided it arrived. We have no bed or mattress due to re doing the entire bedroom ready for the new bed. So I have had to order from elsewhere costing me more money for less furniture I won’t ever use bensons ever again
