From start to finish my experience with Bensons for Beds has been great, nothing to much trouble, delivery was a difficult one with loft conversion but this went really smooth, the delivery guys were really lovely and helpful, I would definitely recommend. Delivery charges are disgusting
Sales Advisor was exceptional. I saw the product online on a buy one get one half price promotion however when I put items in basket the promo wasn’t working so I visited the store. The same promotion was on in store but the advisor confirmed that it was an error and that product wasn’t included in offer. He agreed to match the promotion due to inconvenience. I would’ve scored this 5 star but the delivery charges are a disgrace.
