Really bad service
Really bad service! Ordered in December and still no beds. The date was moved 5 times! was told they where in a shipping container in Malaysia (brilliant) we turned to the store where we bought them from for help. They said they would look for alternatives that could be delivered asap promised callbacks, they never called back it was always us chasing. Overall terrible service from both customer service and the store at Wigan.

Absolutely terrible service
I ordered 2 beds and mattresses on December the 27th and still have not received them. We are now on our 5th delay message and I called wigan store with the hope to trust that they would help me and 2 weeks on I still don’t have any help in getting this sorted. No one returned my calls when promised and sounded like they were just glad to see the back of me when I cancelled! I am beyond disappointed and bensons have lost a lot of money from me as I was looking for all new bedroom furniture once the beds were in! Terrible service

The customer service at Bensons for Beds is always exceptional and the quality of the products, brilliant. Carol Anne helped me to choose the right Ottoman divan bed for me and my partner, she was very patient, friendly and helpful. She helped me to choose the right mattress for my needs using the clever techno machine to determine between a soft, medium and firm mattress, then I was able to try four different ones on the shop floor until I determined which was the best one for me.
