Darrell was really professional, knowledgeable and helpful.we had a few different ideas of what we wanted with a lot of uncertainty as to which would suit us best (larger bed, firmness of matress etc). Darrell built up a very good rappore and worked hard to accommodate us and make sure each of our ideas had clear options leaving no stone unturned. Recommended him/the store to family and believe they have also made a purchase at the store. Sadly when I finalised everything it was his day off, but we were well looked after by the store manager in his absence. Will be back for new bed frame in the future. Excellent service

Horrendous Customer Service and Satisfaction, after purchasing a Mattress and the store reselling our purchase to a second customer. Leaving us with no mattress.
On Monday 7th October I purchased and paid in full the amount of £269.99 by credit card for a clearance mattress: For delivery on Saturday 12th October. The Mattress could not be delivered as it was sold a second time to a customer who took it home with them.
After talking to different managers of the store and customer services, they would only offer a refund. These funds would not allow me to purchase a mattress similar to what I originally purchased.
Why did my purchase not have a sold label on it?
Why was my purchase left in the store and not move to the warehouse waiting for delivery?
To keep good customer service and satisfaction, I believe we should of been offered a similar product and not just offered a refund.

Store was well set out with good range of products. Member of staff was very helpful in finding out our needs and setting out options showing us a few examples then leaving us alone to try various options of mattress. When we had made our selection he very efficiently went through the sale completion whilst mentioning other add ons like removal of old mattress and variety of delivery dates. All in all a pleasant experience

Helpful staff, no pressure applied. Perhaps the delivery charge should be mentioned earlier rather than when the transaction is almost completed.

Plenty of beds to choose from and a pleasant salesman. Also options on bed-frames and headboards mix and match.

Jack at the Salisbury store was a star! Spoken to him a couple of times before making a final decision. He was knowledgeable and very helpful, not pushy at all to get the sale there and then but gave enough information that I could go and think about the options. Jack and how he was, was the reason I went back to the store to purchase. Credit to your team!

Excellent service at Bensons Beds Salisbury. Replacement of a faulty mattress (manufacturing fault not Bensons fault) with really good communication and help from start to finish.

The lady staff is very helpful and well knowledge about mattress.

The salesperson explained the stock clearly or me so I could make the correct choice for our needs. We are very pleased with the bed frames bought and the mattress. The frames are excellent as is the mattress.

The product is good however I hadn't been made aware at POS that it was self assembly. Better communication required.
