Benson's for beds are very reliable.
The young man in the store was very helpful. I chose the bed and mattress I wanted. He in formed me the bed was out of stock and would take three months before delivery. I was happy with that and the bed arrived three months later.. The delivery went well, it was carried upstairs for me by the two delivery men

Pleasant and helpful in the shop and the delivery was efficient and well communicated. Products also as expected. My son put his bed together so assume the instructions were easy enough to follow.

Well informed and friendly salespeople. Allowed relaxed time to make a choice from a wide selection of quality beds and accessories. The only glitch (ordered accessory, a Dunlopillo was out of stock) was communicated well, and was subsequently delivered with no fuss. Recommended.
