Great Customer Service
Item arrived quickly, but unfortunately one of the two sculptures was broken. Contacted customer services and received a replacement within a couple of days. Have bought several items from Bentley's, and always been really happy with my purchases.

Wallowing hippos 3 piece set
Ordered the hippo set - they are great and I like them but nowhere near as heavy as I expected them to be, I had the impression from the website they were a heavy resin construction but they are thin walled hollow with a stuck on plastic base so I don’t hold much hope for them lasting outside.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're really pleased to hear that you like the Hippos 3 Piece Set, although we're sorry that the construction wasn't quite what you were expecting.
We understand that you were anticipating a heavier product. However, as you mentioned, this was your interpretation based on the website, and while we do specify the material the items are made from, we do not describe them as being of a heavy construction.
If you don't feel the hippos are suitable for your needs, you are more than welcome to return them in line with our returns and refund policy. If you would like to arrange a return, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide the details.
Thank you again for your feedback, and please don't hesitate to get in touch if we can help further.
