. Order 300.00 of Items During the Last Sale in June of 2024. I received a Email About Shipping Delays. The Business Owner Gave 2 Choices. Choice 1: Wait Patiently For A Update Email On When Your Order Has Shippee. Choice 2: You Can Receive A Refund. I Reach Out Numerous Times . No Response. Then The Emails I Sent Were Being Returned. The Business Wasn't Online Or Business Wasn't Listed On The Shop App Anymore. Didn't Want To Leave This Review. Love The Clothing Items I Did Receive. They Are Still In Good Condition. Material Is Amazing And Soft As Well. Sorry, This Outweighs It All. Business And Owner Vanished With Lots Of Customers Money Ok Including Mine.

I don’t even want to leave that review. They played me out of $400 it still say my stuff is on the way from a year or two ago.. I have gotten stuff before but the last two times I didn’t receive my funds back and what makes it worse there isn’t a number to call … don’t play yourself

I’ve ordered from her in the past and received a few orders then last year March I made and order never received it thought if was messed up to have a blow out sale just to rack up more funds and never send the order an almost $200 order never retrieved it

Since last year January I ordered clothes received a email saying it's on back order the clothes I reached out to them never got a replied and lost out on all my money never again.

Ordered from this girl multiple times until she had that blow out sale.. I never received my order I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back.. I usually try to support black owned business but sadly to say, that people like her can’t be trusted she is money hungry and only cares about her appearance on ig smh… she would ignore dms and all and never issued an apology so when things like that happen I take it that she was well aware of what she was doing which is scamming ppl out of their money… I will be reaching out to lawyers because she is bad for business

I placed an order on March 8., 2024, and then received a message about a shipping delay. I wasn't worried at first because I've ordered from this seller many times before. But this time, I never received my merchandise! I've emailed repeatedly, only to get the same "delay" response. Now, the seller's disappeared from the website, and I'm out $200! 😭🤬 my order # B76284

If you would like to File a complaint, please File it with the GA Attorney General's Office. Search GA Attorney General, then Consumer Protection, then, online complaint form. Complete our online form. Once they get enough complaints, she can be investigated and charged. I filed my complaint in May of this year. I purchased an order in January and never received anything.

This lady should really be ashamed of how she conducted business. I placed an order in January and 11 months later I still don’t have my order, refund or anything. The last time I sent an email it bounced back. I always support black business but this is shameful how she took my money and still living well on IG. My order number is B74290

I ordered from this company on March 19th 2024. It is now November 3rd and nothing. I have emailed this company every month to try to come up with a resolution, no response. I contacted the BBB to see if they could intervene however, the was of no help due to the company not responding to them either. I would never ever order from her again and seeing all the complaints, the company should be banned from taking people's hard earned money.

They scammed me out of 250.00 I've emailed them numerous times I didn't get a reply..I will never order anything from that site anymore!

I used to order from her a lot and always received my orders, until recently I order in February 2024 and April 2024 both orders over $100 and yet to receive, no communication, she’s turned off her comments on instagram, no response when you email her, nothing. I’m going to have to take it to civil court just for the principal. If she would just communicate and even refund the purchase it would satisfy a lot of women.

Definitely a SCAM!!!! I paid $200 for boots that were a “pre-order” in January! It’s the middle of September, the boots are showing in stock on their website, yet I’ve never received them!!!! No response from multiple emails after the initial one! Awful customer service! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BENTON 1988!!!!!

I ordered and never received my items, she has a lawsuit coming her way! I want my money and I will be taking her to court!!!

Really zero stars nothing good will come to people who take people's money give them false expectations and don't respect the consumer enough to even communicate! Just file bankruptcy already! I got my money back because my bank doesn't play those games. PERIOD!!

This company is a scam they take your money and never send the items. Dispute asap with your bank I wish I would have checked reviews before purchasing. BEWARE. Check reviews first before making purchases with these online companies.

If I could give a 0 I would. I placedma order in March never received it. Left a dm as well as a comment. She has deletor turned off comments so there is no communication. You give real black bussiess owners who are trying to be better a bad name.

I placed an order with this company on 3/24/24 on 3/28/24 I got an email letting me know it would be delayed. I got another email on 5/2/24 asking if I wanted a refund. On 5/6/24 I replied letting them know I did want a refund. I haven't heard from them anymore. I followed up with them on 5/28 & 6/27 with no answer/response at all. SHAME ON YOU BENTON 1988!
