I placed an order with this company on 3/24/24 on 3/28/24 I got an email letting me know it would be delayed. I got another email on 5/2/24 asking if I wanted a refund. On 5/6/24 I replied letting them know I did want a refund. I haven't heard from them anymore. I followed up with them on 5/28 & 6/27 with no answer/response at all. SHAME ON YOU BENTON 1988!

Morally you should be ashamed! If you weren’t able to fulfilled the orders, all you had to do was simply refund the customers. Instead you have turned into a complete ghost. Avoiding all communication possible to not make things right with a huge population of women just just like. You wouldn’t believe how many women would feel at ease if you just communicate. However you think silence would make this go away. Peace be with you.

Dear Bemton1988 as a Merchant of our black community I am extremely disappointed with you, you are making it more difficult to trust shopping online, and I wanted to support your kind. it's now JUNE 16 24 my order was placed since March 2024 how overwhelmed can you be that you can't communicate or refund your shopper shame on you.

Please DO NOT ORDER FROM BENTON 1988. She is a SCAM. I placed an order on March 30 and never received it. I was forced to pay through Afterpay or PayPal only (clue #1). She sent an email about a delay on May 2 I asked how much longer and she never responded (clue #2). My bank gave me my money back on June 13.

I made two purchases back to back from Benton88 in March. It is now JUNE and I have yet to receive any feedback, confirmation, eta or anything for my orders. I am upset and more importantly disappointed in this business owner.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered the first week of March during the $20 sale. It is now May and I have not received my packages or the refund they promised! I'm sick of the apology emails! Send my stuff or my money!!

That they keep extending. Ordered on March 16 and I still don’t have my order. They keep saying they are overwhelmed with limited employees but it’s been 2 months. I received an option for a refund but it seems like I will wait forever for that so I am just seeing if I will ever get my items. Very disappointed. Will never order again.

i warn you do not order from this company, i wish i saw the reviews in tik tok before ordering. She uses our money to go on lavish trips and buy herself expensive gifts, I will warn people to not buy from her. i hope karma finds her. she should be ashmed of all the bad reviews of her company but she doesnt care. she is living life on our money.. God see's it all , just like he gives he will take. trust

i have reached out to this merchant via email i placed a order on April 1st and yet to receive any updates or response and this company . very fraudualent and bad business

Placed order 3/14/24. As of today, 4/20/24 I have not received a tracking number or any type of update. I’ve emailed support at the company to no avail, and I’ve also commented on the companies IG page with no response. Very disappointing.

I placed an order B78368 with this company on March 16,2024. I have yet to receive my order so I contacted them. They responded saying they were overwhelmed with orders and gave me a 30% coupon to use on a future order. Now why would I want to ever order again if they take long to deliver? I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded; I’m still waiting for a response. It’s been a month and I no longer want the items just my money back & they refuse to refund me. I’m livid!
