They filed a fraudulent PPP loan in my name that I never applied for and now I am dealing with clearing this. I do not own and have never owned a business. Seems I am not the only one. Thanks to this corrupt company, I am now having to deal with the SBA. I refuse to give them any information as who knows how they will "doctor" the original application, which I cannot get a copy of, to benefit them. Amazing how when I request a copy of the loan application, that they say I applied for, they tell me I would have to get a court order. Amazing how that works isn't it?

They are the most irresponsible and plain useless bank I’ve ever worked with. They gave me a second PPP loan by mistake, when I try to contact then to retrieve it they would never answer! After that they froze my business account for over 6 MONTHS!!!! Since my bank and them couldn’t decide what was the proper way to retrieve the money. Now 2 years have passed and I haven’t been able to make my forgiveness because thanks to their ineptitude they flagged my application. It’s been such a nightmare I would have preferred to not get anything in the first place.
