Ordered a Heated Gilet through Wowcher , waited a long time for delivery and when ordered was far too small. Returned by Royal Mail (confirmed delivery) with a request for a larger size. Three e-mails to Benzbag later and two to Wowcher - NOTHING!!! Come on Wowcher, get your act together and look after your customers.

Total pile of rubbish, and that's being polite!
did arrive but supper low quality made in some Chinese sweat shop for 20p. and although came as XL it fits my 4year old grandson!
My only advice is "Just don't bother!"

I ordered some shark socks, through wowcher. never was it mentioned on wowcher about delivery costs, until you have purchased the item then takes you to the companies website and you have to pay delivery. They are lucky to get one star as you can't give none. I wish I could upload a photo of what I should have got and what actually turnt up, very disappointing, looks more like a pair of pound shop socks, what a load if rubbish, will never use benzbag again and will never use wowcher either. avoid at all cost

having read the reviews after ordering 2 shark sleeping bags i was very sceptical especially when order date came and went however after a couple of emails my tracking details were provided and goods arrived by Hermes and are very good quality

Ordered some 'gift socks' and paid premium delivery to have them by 6th December. Arrived 2+ weeks later. Socks are not bad (not great and certainly not worth RRP) but too late for me to then send on. Promised a refund of the premium delivery and then only partially paid against that promise. I had to do all the chasing and had multiple delays in getting a response. My view is do not use this company if you want reliability.

Only 1 star. Would have given zero if that was possible. Ordered through Discount Experts an apparent bag of mystery items costing £17.98, intending to give it as a Xmas present. Eventually the bag arrived but was nothing like the item pictured in the sales ad. It was a plastic bag containing utter cheap plastic rubbish. I contacted Discount Experts who passed me onto Benzbag who offered me £3.50 in compensation. I rejected this and have had no further correspondence from them. I am still pursuing the matter. Avoid!!!

Found on Wowcher and placed an order, I then decided to check reviews and was very sceptical! I must say you haven’t disappointed and us arrived well before time expected. Yet to try the product thanks 😊

Ordered 4 solar lights to light the steps and path from Discount Experts Mighty Deals and supplied by Benzbag all 4 came on the last day of the 10 working days they said. Unfortunately only 3 actually worked and it’s been weeks to actually get a response from Benzbag but finally a reply. It seems to me that some people eventually get their order and all is well, but if something goes wrong your left waiting.
That said they have finally agreed to replace the light (another 10 days) and if I receive it and it actually works I’ll add it to this.
Well it came in under 10 days and it works so I’ve updated this thread, but still think the process could have been more customer focused.

I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered my item, ordered start of December, informed that my item will take 3-5 days as it was being dispatched from within the UK........... emailed them numerous time to be fobbed off stating delivery with be 3-5 days, then 5-8....... still not received my item, which was a Xmas present......... absolutely disgusted and feel totally ripped off!!!!!!!! Avoid using discount experts and benzbag at all cost, its a complete con.

What is it with benzbag reading reviews its bad. I ordered something via Wowcher from Benzbag now it says the item was delivered yeah 60 miles away and suppose to be a christmas present luckily was only a tenner but cant get hold of benzbag or wowcher. Complete joke!!

Ordered 3 Benzbags ment to. Be delivered on the 21st December still not arrived ordered 2 with living social one with wowcher and cant get hold of any body to find out where my order is disgusting 🤬

Ordered something via wowcher, turned out to be BenzBags which was late however this was likely due to Christmas post delays, reading these reviews made me worried, however I emailed Benzbags and it took a couple of days for them to reply, but they did and were helpful and a day or so later my order arrived so perhaps don't do by all the bad reviews

Pretty much the same review as everyone else! Ordered 3 sleeping bags which were suppose to be delivered 20th December still nothing not even an email to say they’re coming or delayed etc. Emailed benzbag multiple times to receive an email this morning saying they are closed as of 23rd (well it’s the 22nd) so no emails will be responded to until the 28th but everything has been dispatched. So frustrating when you deal with a company that just take your money and make it incredibly hard to contact anyone. Please avoid!!!

I have ordered 2 sleeping bags and still no delivery am hopeing they come before Xmas bearing in mind I ordered them 3rd December fuming 😡 not very Professional not even a Courtesy email to tell me when to expect

Ordered 4 items via Wowcher. Didn't realise you bought a voucher instead of the item (that's my mistake). Went to Benzbag to redeem and was charged £4.99 per item. Said they would be delivered by 20th December. Had no delivery and cannot get hold of them. After reading reviews, why are Wowcher still advertising this company. Extremely disappointed and so will the kids be if I don't get these gifts before Xmas.

Ordered heated Gilet via Wowcher. Progress on Wowcher said delivered 16/12/21. No idea where its delivered too but it definitely isn't to me.
Wowcher won't do anything about it, merchant not acknowledging anything. Well Wowcher you're getting binned from my users list as you can't refund. Sorry, won't refund my money, for an item that I haven't received, and by tge looks of it I am not alone.
Shameful way to do business.

Con merchant. They're doing a scam through wowcher. Paid for 2 items, plus p&p each. Items were not delivered to me and they put them as delivered. The tracking number didn't even matched my postcode.

Ordered a unicorn sleeping bag for my daughter through wowcher . The order did not arrive so I started researching the company and seen the shocking reviews . Gave the company benefit of the doubt and emailed them asking where my order was , I got a answer literally straight away from them , my order arrived 2 days later .
