Not even worthy of a one star . I order a USB heated gilet . It did not arrive despite receiving email stating it had been delivered .
I have tried to contact Benzbag and they replied showing me a photo of a door that it was left at . The only problem was it was not my door . They advised that I needed to take it up with Hermes . When I try to contact Hermes it’s all automated and it tells me the postcode does not match with the order number . I can’t seem to get through to Hermes without the correct info . Contacted Benzbag again and they confirmed that my order number and post code are correct and that’s it’s Hermes I need to contact . Going around in circles . In a nut shell wouldn’t order again as I do not know if its the company or the delivery company at fault .

Ordered an oil diffuser with Benzbag via Living Social not realising it was a voucher scheme. Nonetheless went ahead and order went through ok. Had messages saying item was on its way and then one telling me it had been delivered. Errr nope, nothing arrived and Hermès tracking number didn’t exist! Contacted LS (aka Wowcher) who said to contact merchant directly but no details available. Managed to eventually get a chat with an LS agent who has sent complaint to Benzbag but up to now no reply and I honestly don’t expect one. DO NOT use these cowboys and this experience also puts me off using LS/Wowcher ever again.
Pity there is no facility for posting zero stars.

I bought a voucher through DiscountExpert for some AirPods.
They were delivered quickly.
But don’t work properly or charge!
Despite numerous emails through DiscountExpert I can’t get a refund! They constantly say I’ve been refunded through GoGroopie!
Absolute Con!!
Don’t waste your time or money on these Con artists!!!

I bought 2 pair of gloves from these people, said it was being delivered by Hermes 2 days in a row said it had been delivered nothing came. Bunch of thieves, I'm going to get my money back from my credit card company

Still can't get hold of anyone Wowcher have passed the book.cant get any contact details.This is just as much Wowchers fault as this company.You don't know who you have bought this stuff from till you have a problem and Wowcher basically say,tough you sort it.

I would give it a flipping minus 0 if I could! I’d ordered a Christmas gift from wowcher of a massage gun. Order was placed and I had to redeem the wowcher and pay extra for standard delivery.
Print said 10 working days. I still haven’t received anything, I spoke to wowcher using their WhatsApp service and they advised it would be delivered on 15th dec. i received an email that same day stating the order was delivered on 10th dec! I have no product! They told me I have to contact the merchant myself, no email response back or nothing!
Absolutely poor service and I really don’t understand why wowcher continue to use them!

Nothing delivered although order update says it has been! I ordered garden clogs via livingsocial [small print at bottom of website says Wowcher]. I didn't realise I'd be buying vouchers which I had to redeem. Worked that bit out and was promised delivery within a week.

By the time confirmation came through, delivery had moved to January. Next confirmation said it would arrive in 2 weeks. Today they say they've delivered via Hermes. Nothing has arrived.

LivingSocial website tells me to take it up with the merchant. Given all these poor reviews, I'm guessing this is a scam and Benzbag will not be refunding my money or providing the goods. I won't be using either company again. Buyer beware!

I ordered to heated Gilets through wowcher from Benzbag. Now stating delivered, but received nothing. Also stated on tracking that my delivery postcode is incorrect.....its my home address!!! Tried contacting Benzbag, also dealing with wowcher. Not impressed, bad company!

do not use this cowboy outfit, placed an order through GOGROUPIE money was taken out my account and still haven't had my item. this company hides itself in other sites like GOGROUPIE and neither take any responsibility but they are happy to take your mone. this is a scam

Dreadful experience. Ordered remote control car, money taken from my account the same day and delivery date given. No goods arrived and website, despite stating that there is 24 hour help / support, DOES NOT allow access to any means of help and support. No way of redeeming money back for goods not delivered. DO NOT USE. FRAUDULENT traders.

Ordered a heated gilet £50 reduced to £16 only for it not to include the power bank through wowcher. Misleading marketing from a disreputable company. Cheap and nasty gilet never worth £50 wowcher should vet the companies they promote. Refund offered bit extortionate postage fees are more than the crappy gilet is worth.

Paid for an item on the 27th November delivery said the 2nd.On the 3rd contacted them was told its the 9th along with a false copy of payment pro forma stating delivery on the 9th.Do not buy from them.Wowcher has the site there on they should be responsible but deny responsibility

Recently ordered items for Christmas. App continues to freeze as redeem and money taken from account but nothing confirmed, concern unable to get in touch directly. One order is 79VT5J-K94THN.
So wrong they can take our money then ignore attempts to rectify things.

I purchased 2 sleeping bags from Wowcher. I received 1 only. For 3 weeks now I am fighting with them as they are saying it was delivered? Yes one was but not the other! I contacted Wowcher who are now involved as well. I got confirmation yesterday that another one is being sent out. Today I got another email from Benzbag to say it was delivered?? Yes the 1 has! not the other. I have sent copies of the paperwork showing I have purchased 2 and not 1. They are terrible

Redeemed a deal voucher for what I thought was a Happy Napper sleeping bag. BenzBag has since changed the name and changed the images to show a horrid, cheap looking copy that, looking at the amount of time it's going to take to get here, is a nasty knock off that's probably not fire retardant or safe. No way to contact them either. Soon as it gets here it's going straight to Trading Standards. If you're looking for this product please go to one of the reputable retailers who sell it.
