Ordered but no confimation
Ordered a backpack and a jacket on Saturday evening. Payment was processed, but I had no confirmation email with the order. On Monday they told me my order didn't go through and I will receive a refund. The backpack was already bought by someone else on Sunday, so I could not reorder it and I chose to pay 70 euro more and buy the jacket from the brand's official website. Won't order again because of all the stress this site has caused me. Customer support on the other hand is very kind and helpful, but they should invest in better software.

I will never order here again.
I ordered an outdoor pants on this website.. this website clearly said .SE at the end. So youre thinking youre ordering off a Swedish site.
When I wanted to return my order due to wrong sizing I had to personally send it to Germany at my own expense. That cost me 33 euros.
I would really expect that a company this big with good connections with couriers would have taken care of the return.
Will definitely never order here again, very disappointing.

Good morning,
I bought a jacket from this store. I thought it was going to be something very nice. Unfortunately, the jacket was too small, so I had to return it.
To this day, I still have no news about either my money or whether the jacket has arrived. I check the returns section, and it says I can track it there, but when I enter the order number or the return number, nothing appears.
I try to contact you via email, but I get no solution. They simply tell me that there are many orders and that, basically, they don’t have time. However, when it comes to refunding **my** money—I'm not asking for someone else’s money, but **my** money—they don’t have time.
I had to pay for the return, and yet, they can’t even provide me with the minimum information about whether the jacket arrived or not!
I would like to know the status of my return and, most importantly, if I will get my money back; otherwise, I will file a complaint.

Didnt mount skis😡
Ordered faction la machine skis with atk bindings took 4 days longer than estimated delivery. Not delivery services fault because the didnt send my package in 7 work days. When the package arrived it wasnt mounted even though i ordered them mounted

No respons customerservice and high return costs
Living in Sweden I ordered at Bergzeit.SE. I receieved the order (value € 360,- BZ24603564) quick and in good order. Sadly both pairs of shoes where to small. After Request for return I learned I had to pay for shipping the shoes to Germany. But I ordered in Sweden??!
I shipped the shoes to Germany (€35,-) and asked customerservice bergzeit for an explanation.
I did not receive a reaction other than that they where busy.
After two weeks I replyed again. No respons from customerservice.
Verry dissapointed and for sure no new order for the same shoes in the bigger sizes.
Plus one customer less and everybody I speak about Bergzeit will learn my frustration.
Part 2:
After rating Bergzeit on trustpilot the customerservice suddenly had time to react.

Regarding the return costs, we would like to point out that we clearly state in our FAQs that the costs for returns are borne by the customer.
We regret that this has caused displeasure and understand that it can be surprising for international returns.

How I Lost €999 with Bergzeit
I ordered a new Garmin Fenix 8 from Bergzeit, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Firstly, the box seal was broken upon arrival, and the watch showed obvious signs of prior use: the battery was charged to 50%, and a language had already been set. I promptly reported this to Bergzeit and returned the item.
Shockingly, Bergzeit later claimed that they received an empty box and refused to issue a refund.
As a result, I am now left with neither the watch nor my money.
I strongly urge caution if you are considering ordering from Bergzeit. My experience has been nothing short of unacceptable.

Very rude customer service and unhelpful
I purchased a pair of climbing shoes in size 39.5/6, which is my regular shoe size. All my shoes are this size. Although the website stated that the shoes had a slim fit, there is a difference between slim fit and not fitting at all. My whole heel was outside the shoe.
I contacted customer service to return the shoes, explaining that the issue was not simply a matter of personal preference, but that the description on the website was inaccurate. However, the customer service representative did not want to attend the problem at all and was rude, stating, "It is what it is." I still had to pay 4 euros for the return.
This is very poor customer service and the way issues are addressed. They could have offered a larger size, a one-time free return, or at least asked for proof of my shoe size, but there was no effort to resolve the issue. It was quite disappointing. After hearing positive things about this company, I expected a more professional response and solution.
Never purchasing again!

I've opened a claim about a pair of shoes. The sole of my shoe is literally coming loose after just a few months. Their customer service department sends me a message to explain how rubber wears on the wall and holds. Like I don't already know that. This email left me with a sour feeling. I will not be ordering again and I don't recommend others to do so.

I have ordered a Patagonia jacket and they have sent me damaged jacket. When I contacted them via mail, they told that I just need to spray it with DWR and it will be fine. Then I told them that I want my money back and I will not accept any fault items. They told me to send the jacket back to be able to file a complaint. After I sent the jacket, I have only received automatic emails. After one month, I called them and the lady told me that they have delays in the processes because the colleague is on holiday, and there is nothing they can do. I ordered my jacket 2 months before my trip, and still I had no jacket for my trip... this is embarrasing! I will never buy from Bergzeit again. I never had problems in my life with online shopping, but Bergzeit is just the worst

Disappointing Handling.
Takes for ever to ship something simple.
Completely disappointed as for my first purchase from the firm, ordered something on the 6th and it is still the 14th and my package is still not delivered. There was a single day holiday so it's nothing they can use as an excuse. They waiting until the 8th to start working on my order and still somehow it's not delivered. 3 days to engage shipping? This is why I'm writing the review on them and not on DHL.
Why would they advertise 2 to 4 work days when they will take more than a whole week instead?
Now I know better for next time.

Goods arrived ok, but delivery late and a mess
Goods arrived ok, although later than promised ( 12 working days instead of 2 to 5).
However, the delivery was a mess as well as the lack of information from the Bergzeit customer service: After one week of the order date I enquired the status of delivery- no reply ( but the automate reply "Sorry we are busy). A couple of days later the same automate reply to my renewed enquiry.
Then all of a sudden I got a message from DHL that they could not deliver because no one home! A day later a message from local Post, that the goods could be picked from one of their depots.
Your customer service sucks!

Ordered climbing shoes internationally…
Ordered climbing shoes internationally and they came in wrong shoes (which ruined my plan of going to climb outdoors, to be personal) so I sent them back and claimed refunds of the shoes and all the import tax I paid in receiving and export tax I paid in sending back, as well as sending fees for DHL. As of now after months of claiming, not all the refunds have arrived in my hand. What a disgrace. Never gonna buy anything from this company.

Hello!
I ordered ski poles and some other small items to the address in the Czech Republic. On Christmas, when I came home, I found that the poles in the order were not the ones you showed on the website.
You sent me Solomon poles of a lower model; they are less advanced according to the manufacturer's classification. You sent me poles with a black cap, while on your website, the higher model has a blue cap and a marking grid for cutting the pole at the top.
The model specified on your website should have greater stiffness and slightly more weight (165g), but you sent me a model that is considered advanced, not expert; it is less stiff and weighs 139g.
The art model that you offered on your website, both in photos and in the description of characteristics, is Article ref. L47024400, but you sent me poles Article ref. L47024300.
The price difference between them is 40%.
Could you explain why the poles you sent differ from what was offered on the website?

Shoddy customer service and misleading prices.
A week after ordering I contacted Bergzeit as I hadn't had a dispatch confirmation. They said my package had been dispatched four days previously. Three emails later I finally got a tracking number from them. After my item arrived in the UK it stalled at the courier for four days. I finally managed to find out the reason was I was liable for VAT and customs fees. Upon checking Bergzeit's website I noticed the small, greyed out text stating that these fees would be charged before my item was released. I consider Bergzeit misrepresent their prices by this disingenuous practise and this, combined with their snippy attitude when asked for simple things like dispatch confirmations and tracking information mean that I shall never consider purchasing from them again. Avoid this bunch of clowns like the plague.

18 days since purchase; no goods, no info
I placed an order for a backpack on September 8th, and it has now been 18 days since my purchase. I have not yet received the backpack, and my attempts to reach out to the company through email have gone unanswered. This is unprofessional.
I should also add that the backpack was supposed to be delivered in 4 working days. At this point, I don't even need it anymore.
