Good shop only problem is that they are insanely overpriced. The prices are cleverly randomly set exact to the cent to make people not remember the last price. Kinda cunning tbh. The selection is equally wide however. The website doesn't let me add products of out stock to my favourite list?! Nor is there an option to get notified once they are back in stock. Strange.

Bought a pair of boots on sale, all great, they were dispatched next day, I’m expecting delivery by end of week. Problem is my card was charged 2 times and I’m not getting any response from customer service. This is really annoying and I would really appreciate some answer and for this to be already resolved.

I brought some really expensive trekking poles, harness and bottle. It arrived in a way to Big box which was destroyed and repacked by the delivery Company.
When you buy expensive Stuff, you just expect the items to be packed carefully. They would not help me with a discount or anything. Which i Think is super bad service,

Great customer service and fast delivery. They keep you up to date about your order. Had to send back 1 item because I ordered the wrong size. No problem, received a retour label so it was free to ship back and 2 days after it was received I had my money back. Great and fast service!

I got the wrong seize, But Bergzeit does not show any help to avoid that I have to pay 3 times the shipping costs.
That means that the Total shipping costs for one pair of shoes of €50 are now €21

On time, exactly what was ordered.

Absolutely great experience with Bergzeit. Ski touring boots for a half price and fast delivery to France as promised. Will be buying again.

So strange to give a so positive review without receiving the item I had ordered but...
...after some time, I forgot the order and so I forgot I wasn't receiving the item.
After many weeks, Bergzeit asked me (by its initiative) several times for my bank account to recharge the money even if the first time I was suspecting a scam. :)
They insisted and finally succeeded.

Just to say: what you could need, more, to consider as "serious" someone that write you several times because he wants to give back your money?
Very reliable commercial entity, for my experience.

I ordered a crash pad about a month ago. I received a receipt, and received no further communication for two weeks. After emailing four times over a 10-day period and posting a one-star review here, I finally received a response. The product arrived a full month after ordering it.

I've bought a smartwatch and the next day the price of the watch decreased with 40€. I called the customer service and send them an email with screenshot and unfortunately Bergzeit will not match the price with me.

The customer service said: Please send the watch back and buy a new one.

Bergzeit Germany. Good service: package arrives in time (and as indicated on the site) good and clear return service). Quick response after sending a question via the form on the site. Quick and good follow-up communication via email (answers within a day). I am very satisfied.

I was satisfied with the service. Got my jacket for the lowest price on the market and it arrived quite on time!

They are not delivering on time, can not tell me were my parcel is, It has led me to go out and buy this product from another vendor as they are well past the delivery time.
When I ask to cancel the order and for a refund, they refuse, the customer services consistently pass the buck and do not respond!!

They seem to show very little regard for the customer and their requirements.

I´ve ordered Mammut Runbold pants in granit color. But hard to find this color in my size. Sold out often. I was glad, that the bergzeit.de had it. Order process without problem, delivery too. I can recommend.

I ordered ON Running shoes and paid. I never got a confirmation. I mailed them with the payment details/ bank statement and asked for an update on the status of the order. It's been 2 working days. Still no feedback. I called them. They are busy. I will need to wait for another 2 days. Then they can take a look at my case. The girl on the line was clearly struggling with the workload. I understand, but waiting more than 3 days to get a confirmation is a system error. Fix that or you will have even more support calls. I NEED these shoes. I dont know what to do. Buy them elsewhere...? And up with two pairs and then going through all the hassle to get your money back?
Very inconvenient. Hello! Anyone? Feedback please :)

UPDATE1 : they came back to me with an email that said they couldn't find my order anywhere and they need to check if I am indeed debited without an order.
#w.t.f... I send the BANKSTATEMENT with all the details that should have a tag that is linked to an order! So much for German efficiency.

We are 7 days further, they have proof that I paid them 109 euros and they still refuse to give my money back. What else do you need!!!!!!!!!

I want my money back!

They say they've paid me back. Still waiting. My money transfer to Africa is usually ready to be picked up within 30min.

I ordered boots costing £130.95 on 16 August and added a donation to charity on top. I was sent tracking information within 2 days. Evri (ex Hermes) was to be the courier. Later tracking said that Evri were going to pick them up. A few days later tracking said the goods had been re-routed. I sent several emails to Bergzeit, and they did respond. The latest email on 24 August from Berzeit said

'Please excuse the inconvenience!

Unfortunately, the parcel has gone missing

I will make sure that you get your money back as soon as possible'

28 August still nothing and the Bergzeit tracking still says rerouted. Evri tracking says 'we are expecting it'

Completely hopeless.

Everything went smootly, the package arrived in 4 days as it said it would :). The product i bought (backpack) was the cheapest by fair if compared to other shop sites (instead of 100€ it was 40€).
A good deal!
