Quick and professional service. I go there today to replace the inner tube of my bike. It was a pleasant experience, good service with reasonable price. Fully recommend.

Great, Great Service and very much a ‘can do attitude’. My first time using Berkshire Cycles and they will now become my first choice for anything to do with cycling even though their shop is a good distance from where I live

Sold damaged items and told it wasn't there fault as it comes in a packet. It was a gift for a 4 year old child and they couldn't care less

What can you say? Always a great service and great value. Just arranged a warranty replacement on the front brake for my e-bike. No fuss, really helpful and friendly and always super professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Used the Crowthorne shop a couple of times now I have moved into the area. Can’t say a bad word. Great service, nice people.
Will be back for all my bike requirements.

Cant praise BC highly enough. Took my road bike in with what I thought was a rear brake requiring a bleed. Turns out it was a defective brake lever. I didnt buy the bike from them but they handled the whole process of resolving the issue very professionally and quickly. In addition I can say that the quality of their work, their labour charges and their lead times compared to other workshops in the area are all also excellent. Will be my go to local bike shop from now on

went into woodley shop looking for a bike for myself, not a sport one, just a sit up and beg ladies shopper. Guy had no interest in serving me and ignored me to chat with a bike enthusiast who came in.. Having been a sales person all my life I would have been fired... poor customer service, everyone who walks through your door is a CUSTIOMER and should be treated as such. Get better service in Halfords tbh

I cannot fault these guys. I spent ages phoning Specialized dealers that were quoting 3 or 4 weeks for any work to be done. I'd heard BC were good so my surprise of "bring it in tomorrow and we'll sort it". That is exactly what they did and put right the sloppy work my previous dealer should have done. Its a 90 minute drive for me to Crowthorne but I'll do it every time from here on!

I took my specialized levo to the crowthorn shop today for a part that I was struggling to find. They knew the part straight away and fitted it for free and also spotted a motor wire inside was rubbing through after shoddy work by a previous shop, Replacing that under warranty with no charge! Fantastic service and knowledge. I’ll certainly be returning in the future. Thankyou

I have used Berkshire Cycles for years. I used to use the one at Cemetery Junction but unfortunately that has closed. I have recently used the one at Woodley. I have found them to be brilliant. I had a full service which was good but had minor issues after. They have been great finding the cause of the issues and fixing them. Always happy to have a look to see if they could help. If it is after service you value then Berkshire Cycles are really good. Highly recommend.

I popped into Berkshire cycles (Crowthorne) today (Monday) to see the team, I explained that I was about to start a cycle ride the day before (Sunday) on my specialised Levo turbo and the motor developed a fault

I arrived at 9 15 unannounced explained the fault and they said go and have a coffee in the high street and we will give you a call when it’s done, 45 mins later a call to say all done, they had also change the motor cable and charging cover all under warranty ( I purchased the bike elsewhere) as they didn’t have my size at the time

Over the moon with their service and expert advice, they tell you straight without the BS so many others do, keep up the good work & 5* service

I bought an ebike from Berkshire Bikes 18 months ago, and it suffered a catastrophic failure of the main frame - a possible design fault.

The folks in Crowthorne sorted me out in double quick time, and I am very pleased with the result.

I would recommend this shop to all cyclists.

went in this morning (a saturday so busy) at 9 with a problem with gear alignment , left it with them and surprised to get a call 2 hrs later all done ,ready to collect. rode home and so smooth best service ever experienced. very nice price too.Thanks guys .

Said they would do one thing and didn't. Staff member I spoke to at the shop was patronising and condescending. Offered an apology which was not sincere and in any case no use to me, I just needed them to do what they said they would. They might read these comments, but the culture within their company appears to be one of no care for customers so I'm sure they will justify themselves to be in the right and carry on as before. Avoid.

I have been a customer of Berkshire Cycles at Woodley for over 10 years. I have just splashed out on a new bike for myself instead of the kids for once! I have bought on service not price. The service given by Aaron and John is first class. They have looked after me, helped me get what I need and been very patient with me messing them around. Forget visiting the cheapest website - get yourself down to see Aaron and John.

I needed a repair to my mountain bike rear wheel, all the local shops and specialists I tried were booked up for months. I contacted Berkshire Cycles who were extremely accommodating and able to fix the wheel overnight. Unfortunately, I had a second issue related to the rear wheel which again Berkshire cycles repaired overnight at no cost.

Excellent and flexible service, I would definitely recommend them.

Motor failure on my 2019 Specialized Turbo Levo. Called Berkshire Bikes - where I bought it, and they said bring it down with proof of purchase and we'll take a look and probably swap out the motor which we have in stock as its under warranty. What they actually meant to say was - bring it down and we'll swap out the motor, no questions asked, in less than 1 hour. Brilliant service and highly recommended

I have read the two previous reviews and I have to say I totally disagree. An absolutely brilliant service of my Specialised Roubaix at an incredibly fair price. Included straightening a bent wheel, new bearings, hanger, cassette and chain that made the bike feel better than new with great customer service provided by Daniel
