Excellent day out, the tour guide was great, knowledgeable and friendly.
But, you need to take comfortable walking shoes!

I signed up for the Berlin Tour with high hopes that the tour would be led by an experienced guide who would provide an in-depth history of the major sites in Berlin! Unfortunately the guide we were assigned was an immature "college girl" who frankly spoke to the group in immature cliches and irrelevant facts and made up stories! The poor girl really had no idea of what Berlin was all about!!! We were a group of three who all were well versed in WWII history. I had been in Berlin in 1967 as a member of the US Navy so I was familiar with much of what was then Berlin and were interested in what and how Berlin became what it is today. Early in the tour we stopped at a "girls school" for coffee/tea! Frankly this was a waste of time! Our waiter was filthy with dirty hands and even dirtier finger nails. At this point the three of us decided the tour was a waste of our valuable time and we informed the tour leader we were leaving the tour group! I was going to write and ask for a refund as the tour description did not match the reality of the tour. I chose the tour because it was highly recommended by Rick Steves as well. I cannot emphasize too much how incompetent the tour guide was! Total lack of maturity and minimal knowledge! I would recommend against anyone taking your tour of Berlin!!!

We were very pleased with our tour, impressed with the driver and his broad knowledge of history and art and he was very kind and spoke good English.

We were on a cruise, so had limited time in Berlin. We booked with Berlin City Tours because of strong online reviews and good pricing.

Overall, the tour was excellent. We hit all the highlights you'd expect with a short single day tour, but the highlight was Boris. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his adopted home. Highly recommended!

The driver was prompt and courteous we saw lots of sites and he gave us time to explore on our own

I took two walking tours with Berlin City Tour, first in May and the second with my niece & nephew in June 2015. We had different guides, but both were outstanding and share so much knowledge with us. We thought we were part of history and the city. The guides were very engaging and answered all our question. Because these were walking tour, we felt like Bearleener (but not jellyrolls) and enjoyed the conversation with the others on the tour while walking between sites. Simply an outstanding adventure.

Our driver waited for us at the terminal, a very nice and polite guy. We had a very rush time in Berlin. Our guide give us very detail information about Berlin. He try his best to let us see more. We know we do not have much time but he never hurry us. Just let us choose more time in one sight or more sight with less time! Anyway we enjoyed the tour very much!

We were picked up on time, everything ran according the Schedule, but the best of the tour, besides the city, was our guide Alazne, she was willing to answer all of our questions, very polite, she really enjoys her job. Thanks.

The tour started at 1:30pm and lasted until 7pm. We were shown all the key important sites and locations. There was real detail both historical and social in all the information we were given. This was a brilliant way to get acquainted with the city.

The bus met us at the ship, we were met by an excellent tour guide in the city and besides an excellent and mostly dry tour of the city, we were treated to a very German lunch: schnitzel and beer, what more could one hope for?

Right on time, segways in excellent condition. We never rode a segway before, learning is quick, easy and fun. Maria our tour guide was kind and patient with us taking pictures in every stop. She's really good. She knows Berlin's history and mixes it with funny quotes and relaxed comments, so you never have enough. I definitely recommend it.

It's more than a bike tour. It was a memory lane. The guide (Oop forgot his name) was so knowledgable that for someone like me who don't like history was an enlightening experience. Another big thank you to the other guide who made sure the last bikers (always our family) safely crossed the roads (even though Berlin was so bike friendly). Big thanks

The tour was awesome. It was my first time in Berlin and I don't think any other tour format would have showed you the main sites- but the stuff in between. The guides Sam and Polly were fantastic and I highly recommend this for the value!

We did the Berlin City walking tour & would highly recommend this trip. Our tour guide Maria was very knowledgable about all areas covered on the trip, that combined with a good personality & sense of humour made this a very enjoyable tour. It covered all the main sights that we wished to see in Berlin and contained lots of information and facts we wouldn't have picked up had we just visited these on our own. I would definitely recommend this tour to anybody visiting the City!

This was an excellent tour and our guide Liam was very knowledgeable and helpful on a very cold day. One in our party had grown up in Berlin and also found the tour full of information and places she did not know. THe 'history of protest in the 60's' was the era in which she went to university in Berlin and she said his information was both accurate and insightful.

Excellent tour very informative. Got to see so much of Berlin.Fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend.
