Terrible

I was looking for somewhere local to walk in and pick up chocolate covered strawberries... this is definitely antithesis of that experience. Instead of reaching a local business, I reached someone in a different country who barely understood. Then, they refused to disclose where the shop is or where the strawberries come from....imagine being expected to eat fruit and they won't tell you where it is, where it's kept or comes from. No thank you. Absolutely disgusting.

Disgraceful business practices.

I placed an order on 2/11. The website said that it would be delivered on 2/13, in time for Valentines Day. As of 2/23 I still haven’t received my order or a refund. The tracking number indicated that it hasn’t even been shipped yet. Never going to make the mistake of ordering from them again.

Awful experience with this company

My family member ordered 12 Chocolate covered strawberries and 4 bundt cakes sets. They were supposed to delivered on 12/24/2025 but came on next day. They were melted and impossible to eat them. We contacted the customer service and Robert offered full refunds and sending new sets. Yes they came but same situation. melted and nothing like edible. Robert from customer service promised that they will full refund the money ( it was about $80.00 plus tax.) which never happened. This company is horrible, unprofessional, and irresponsible. We can get same products from our local grocery store 1/4 price and taste delicious. Watch out! Don't trust this company and be careful.

Never delivered my order after I paid…

Never delivered my order after I paid extra to have it delivered on a specific date. They never had the order made. They took my money and never sent anything. This is the second time. This is horrible and a horrible company.

Horrible quality

Ordered 4 dozen strawberry orders for Valentine's day, delivered to 4 different people, 1 dozen each, one in Florida and 3 in PA but different parts of PA. All of the orders were horrible quality. I will say that I contacted the company and they gracious did the right thing by resending all orders a new order. Sadly, we all received the second batch two days ago and the quality was again horrible, with cracked chocolate off of the strawberries, the box on the outside was so sticky. It appeared as if they were frozen after being dipped and then the mess of them thawing out is what we all got. I spent a lot of money for not even mediocre quality. And, half of the strawberries were not even ripe. They were half white strawberries in the inside.

I received my chocolate covered…

I received my chocolate covered strawberries. The chocolate dip looked nice, but the berry stems were wilted.
Half of the berries were not ripe.
A bit disappointing.
The last few years they were delicious.
I was not impressed this time.

Received for Valentine’s Day with…

Received for Valentine’s Day with flowers in same box . The berries which I used to love were not really ripe so you bite into some red and a lot of white and the chocolate was tasteless and hard till you bit it and it just fell off .. no creaminess to it at all .. I would have been happier with chocolate kisses .. the flowers came fine but no food in box as instructed .

Dont waste your time

Horrible. The reviews are true. Do not order from here. Placed my order in advanced for Valentine's Day. My delivery date was supposed to be 2/13. I wanted to get my order a day early just to account for any hiccups. Order didn’t go out for delivery until 7pm that day, but whatever. I got an email saying it was delivered but it wasn’t. I asked for proof of delivery. I was told there was proof of delivery (a photo) but they couldn’t send it to me. What’s the point of proof of delivery?? They told me they could redeliver it but it wouldn't be delivered until 2/16. A complete joke. Why would I want the order multiple days late? I don't understand how they are still in business. Don't waste your time or money or risk having your day ruined.

Sour, Spoiled Berries - Tasteless Chocolate

Twelve chocolate covered strawberries were a surprise Valentine’s Day gift from my daughter. They arrived three days early, which is fine. It’s the quality of the strawberries that is bad. Boxing & cold pack were OK. Berries were sweaty, with one either spoiled or diseased with a white foam leaking through the chocolate. The chocolate coating was thick, hard and flavorless. I’d describe it as brown colored wax. I texted their website & spoke with an AI Assistant for 20-30 minutes. It asked for order number - but no gift receipt was provided nor did an order number appear on the shipping label. Finally transferred to a human, who located the order. She offered a replacement. I said no more strawberries. She suggested gourmet nuts. I said fine. They are due to arrive in two days. We will see. 🤞

DISAPPOINTED!!

I’ve had Shari’s Berries send chocolate covered strawberries to my daughters for 19 years. This year I learned that my youngest is leaving town tomorrow for the weekend. I tried to get Shari’s to change the delivery date from tomorrow to next Tuesday when she would be back. They told me they could not. I’m very disappointed!! I will never use them again!!

Horrible experience

Placed orders few years ago and had wonderful experience. I tried recently to suprise my wife and what a horrible experience customer service was horrible the order was horrible.
Flowers not dead but worn like they were driven in a car with windows down on freeway for 10 hours. Strawberries ordered 12 and I say 5 were fresh and looked like something you would enjoy eating. This whole order was over 159 dollar not super crazy expensive not wow me cheap either. I called customer care and thats really when it got crazy. Guy kept saying but you got your order but you got your order. Yes infact I did but I did order 12 roses not 4 roses and all the sun and wind beaten friend I order 12 Strawberries not 5 and chocolate covered mush. Horrible and my delivery was supposed to come on the 4th it was the 4th or bust had to be 4th call to confirm yes we can make this happen they show up on the 5th at 753pm. So upset insane this is how they treat people. Well sir our shipment are good for 7 days.....no way you have food thats good to just chill in backnof fed ex truck or some nasty sort center for 7 days
This company should be ashamed
Will never use them again and I would definitely throw caution to anyone thinking to try anything from this company

I got sharis berries for my birthday…

I got sharis berries for my birthday and when I got them 8 out of 24 was wilted and half dead. With in 4 days half of the rest was dying. The strawberries were hard to bite . When my friend called all they wanted to do is resend the whole order . When I got the new set 4 of the roses were limp. I wouldn’t order anything from Shari’s berries .

We received Shari's Berries from our landlord for Christmas. I did like the packing as it came with an ice pack and a very padded box. However, once I opened it, my dozen chocolate covered strawberries only had 11, and they were mushy. Even the grandkids did not want to eat them. It was such a thoughtful gift from the landlord and I hated that she basically wasted her money.

Horrible cheesecake trio

I received the dipped cheesecake trio as a Christmas gift. It was absolutely horrible. The texture was so dry that I couldn't even choke it down with milk. I had to throw it away. And there was no flavor except for the coating that it was dipped in. That was the only good part of it. I would not recommend this to a dead dog.

Do not recommend this company

Berries arrived over a week late and were not edible. Left me with a huge box of packaging and the berries to throw away. When I let them know but said I did not want a replacement they sent one anyway and got the same experience. I would not recommend this company. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Late/Berries in poor condition

I've ordered from Shari's Berries in the past and had no problems. This time was different, but not completely SB's fault. My package was due to be delivered on 12/22. Due to the shipping load with FedX, I understood when the date got pushed back a day. This was for a Christmas gift, so I scheduled delivery as close to Christmas Day as possible. My delivery came this morning, 12/27. I was concerned more with them staying cold than worrying about them being destroyed in the box. The ice pack had melted completely but when I open the box itself, the berries looked like they barely survived WW3. Upside down, chocolate peeled off of berries were par for the course. I will give props to SB's customer service. Very apologetic and put in a replacement order to be delivered next week on 12/31. We'll see how this shipment turns out. Well, I guess the present will now be a Happy New Year gift instead.

would give zero if i could

would give zero if i could. strawberries arrived broken and melted. the eyes and noses melted so they look like something out of a horror movie. paid $49.99 plus $19.99 for celebrations passport.

can’t serve them tomorrow. they are sending a replacement but it’s too late.
