More than a happy customer

I ordered the holiday berries for my grandma. I'm in ohio and her California. She called me and said the berries were perfect and so fresh and juicy. She was so happy and said she couldn't stop eating them. Those berries made my grannys Christmas thank you so much 💚

I will NEVER order from them again

I will NEVER order from them again. My neighbor had surgery for breast cancer. I wanted to send her something brighten her day. I ordered chocolate covered reindeer strawberries. They were supposed to be at her house between 10:30am and 2:30pm. It is now 5pm and still haven’t been delivered. It states they have been in my city since 4am. I’m SO disappointed. Plus, the shipping cost was $25.99. Shipping SUCKS! I should at least get my shipping cost back. NEVER AGAIN! Don’t order online!!!!! 🤬😡

Deceitful, dishonest, deplorable

Shari’s Berries because they will NEVER be your berries. They will take your order, take your money and you will receive NOTHING . Shame on me for not reading the thousands of deplorable reviews prior to ordering.
Thankfully I was able to ask the intended recipients who said they received nothing. I was so embarrassed to discover this.
Their company’s email correspondence to me claims to have delivered at 1am …unlikely.
So in short - they take your money and order with absolutely no intention of fulfilling it and then lie to you.
Customer service “can’t help”. Fortunately for me the Better business Bureau and my bank could. I was reimbursed in full.
Company’s like this should never be supported.

Day late delivery

I ordered, three weeks in advance of needed delivery date, two dozen roses and one dozen chocolate drizzled strawberries for my brother's birthday. At 7 pm, still not delivered and FedEx stated would not be delivered until the next day (after his birthday). Shari's Berries customer service brushed me off with a weak apology stating that it would be delivered the next day. I did not want a day late birthday gift. I will never order from them again.

if i can put a 0 I would. places an order on November 17th for Thanksgiving. Called since I didn’t receive it as yet. They cannot deliver since they don’t have anyone in my area. Did I receive an email NO. TEXT NO. awful took the monies though on November 17th. Will never recommend Shari’s Berries every do unreliable. This is the second issue with a delivery. The first one was never delivered and the most recent hasn't been delivered. It's probably lost too.

How do you all manage to stay in business and why are you allowed to remain in business.
Your product is very low quality.

Ordered for Halloween

Ordered for Halloween, was supposed to be there before noon. Delayed until Monday, I’m sure they are still fresh lol. Tried to use their automated chat since no one answered the listed phone number it was a waste of an hour.

I placed my Halloween order few days…

I placed my Halloween order few days before Halloween and it was stated to me delivery on Halloween then got an email stating it would be Monday November 2nd. I had my phone number and my daughters for calls.
Very disappointed, won't use them again!

Berries never received at my Daughter's College P.O.

Delivery was confirmed to my daughter's college post office. She was there at closing time. It wasn't there. She checked back on 2 more occasions - no order.

The worst part is probably their Customer Service. Difficulty getting to a live person, no call-backs, long holds on-line. 2 emails and 2 online complaints - no response. The chatbot is okay, but takes too long to get a live agent. Then, the live agent takes forever to address your issue. It asks for 1-2 minutes to chat with a Live Agent, and took 5 minutes. I'm still in the chat window, circling the drain... 10 minutes in now. I just want a refund and will NOT order nor recommend 1800-Flowers, Shari's Berries or any of its many affiliated delivery service companies.

Ordered Halloween Monster Berries

Ordered Halloween monster berries. All but 1 missing eye's, they look like a 1st grader decorated them, ice pack melted and berries nasty sweaty.
Now I am on hold online and phone to speak to someone to nooooooo end in hold time.
So disappointed and now angry at the non-existent customer service.

I paid an extra $5.99 for next day…

I paid an extra $5.99 for next day delivery which didn't happen. The order contained cheesecakes. The recipient threw the food away. Good luck trying to contact ANYONE at all!! This is NOT the same company it used to be. Do yourself a favor and order an Edible Arrangement. I will NOT use Shari's Berries ever again

AWFUL!!

AWFUL!!! My sister sent me a dozen berries for my birthday. Half of them were crushed and fermenting. She notified the company, and the next week a replacement arrived!!! These were crushed, the box was dripping wet, and the berries were MOLDY!!! Unacceptable for the amount paid! I requested a refund for my sister….silence! I have photos!

Don't ever make a mistake because you can't get it canceled! If you want unwanted melted chocolates, with zero customer service, this is the place Also WORST fruit ever anywhere.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

Paid $120 for a bundle of Flowers and Strawberries. Picture looked very nice but when it got delivered I was super upset. Flowers were a handful and the strawberries looked like they were tossed around. Of course no way to get in touch with costumer service. I should have googled the reviews before hand. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS crappy place!! They dang sure ripped me off big time!!!

If you're thinking about ordering from Shari’s Berries, don’t. I paid a premium for flowers and strawberries to be delivered to my wife’s school while she was in class—a very specific time window that mattered. They promised delivery by 1 PM. At 1:30 PM, nothing. I follow up, and suddenly the story changes: “It’ll be delivered by end of day.”
End of day? My wife is gone by then. What good is a surprise delivery to an empty building? The entire point was to create a moment. Instead, Shari’s Berries gave me a missed opportunity, zero accountability, and a robotic shrug.
This company clearly doesn’t understand that timing is part of the product. If you’re sending a gift for a birthday, anniversary, or any occasion that actually matters—look elsewhere. You’ll get better service from a local florist, a grocery store, or frankly, a carrier pigeon.
Shari’s Berries is all branding and no backbone. Never again.

Terrible Experience

I was due to receive 6 strawberries on 8/21 that I ordered in July. I was unable to track them, so when the day as almost over, I called customer service and received zero assistance. The next day, the strawberries were delivered melted and stunk. I went on their customer chat: "Hello, my order was not trackable, it arrived the next day so no special delivery for the birthday, and when I called customer service, I received zero assistance, just that it was on the way. It was in Jacksonville FL on 8/11 and then nothing until late last night 8/21, when it was supposed to be delivered and it said it would be delivered today. I ordered it in July so there was plenty of time for it to be made, shipped and received on time. Also, today they showed up looking melted." - "Hello! Thank you for contacting Shari’s Berries. My name is Jerly, and I will be happy to assist you. Please give me 1-2 minutes to review your chat with the virtual assistant." - Never heard back! They never responded. I advise DO NOT ORDER from this site! It is a scam, rotten fruit, & no customer service! Your just out of money. $50 for rotten strawberries..
