😡Horrible Experience – Do Not Trust This Company! 🛑

If I could give zero stars, I would! My 12-year-old daughter saved up her allowance to surprise me and her sibling with a fruit arrangement for Valentine’s Day. She was so excited and even spoke with an agent who GUARANTEED it would be delivered on time.

Guess what? It NEVER arrived! We reached out early in the day and were told to wait until 8 PM. Still nothing. When we called again, they casually told us it would come tomorrow! Seriously?! Not only did they fail to deliver the gift, but they also RUINED our Valentine’s Day plans because we had to stay home waiting for something that never showed up.

This company has ZERO reliability, NO accountability, and absolutely NO respect for their customers. They took my daughter’s hard-earned money and gave her nothing but disappointment in return. Shame on them! Avoid at all costs!

I would give them a zero but that was…

I would give them a zero but that was not an option. I ordered with plenty of time for delivery. They delivered on a Friday to a business at 4.00 PM. It was a doctor's office no less. I imagine they will find them rotten on Monday. I will never use them again. They SUCK

Waste of money

Waste of money. I ordered strawberries for my daughter's birthday and they were guaranteed to be here on the 13th and did not arrive. They just showed up with one missing and one that looks terrible. Will not order from this place again.

They order I placed wasn't delivered as…

The order I placed wasn't delivered as promised . Then Sharris Berries customer service refused to help.This isn't the first time I've had problems with them. But you can bet it will be the last. They have the worst customer service around.

Excellent product and shipping

I ordered a dozen of Belgian dark and milk chocolate covered strawberries for my husband for Valentine’s Day. They were delivered on time and had exceptional packaging to keep them fresh and from damaging. The strawberries were huge and sweet and the chocolate covering them was delicious. I will definitely buy again. The shipping cost was expensive but well worth it.

Waste of money and complete waste of your time.

Ordered strawberries and cake pops for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day. Half of the order was delivered. Contacted customer service through chat. The virtual assistance is very frustrating. Once an agent finally responded, there were long delays between chat responses. This wasted over an hour of my time. I was told by the agent that I would have the order set up for redelivery and get a $15 savings pass sent via email to remedy the inconvenience. I never received an email. I contacted customer service again via chat only to have to go through the virtual assistant debacle again. Once I was able to chat with an agent, I had to explain the situation again only to find out that the agent did not follow through with what was promised. The best that they could do was to give me a partial refund as the redelivery was not available at my zip code. I don’t have any confidence that a refund will ever happen, but we will see.

Ordered strawberries for Valentines day…

Ordered strawberries for Valentines day for ladies in our office.
Said they were delivered.. but we never got them... delivered to wrong location or driver never delivered.
Customer service gave me a tuff time telling me to wait longer,.. then when i showed there was a delivery notice, they offered a partial refund,, when i objected they agreed to full refund in 7 to 10 days>
Delivery driver never showed proof of delivery ..just stated they were delivered to the Shop

Ordered from Sheri's a week before…

Ordered from Sheri's a week before Valentines day for delivery to my wife. Then I received a call the day of asking if delivery by the 18th was acceptable. 4 DAYS AFTER the date I paid extra for. Terrible customer service and will never be purchasing again.

Can’t deliver?

Made an online order WEEKS in advance on Valentine’s Day to my wife. They call me the day of to let me know they can’t deliver due to high volume, which I get it’s a holiday but if there was an issue I should of been notified weeks or even days in advance or made a priority since I made my order in advance. Why would you have the date available online when making the order if you can’t fulfill it? This is absolutely unacceptable. I will never order again.

Shari's Berries is a scam

Shari's Berries is a scam! They said the delivery fee was 5.99 for Valentine's Day and it was 20.00 so I paid 70.00 for some chocolate covered strawberries that I could have bought at the grocery store for for 5.99!! So I called and spoke to a lady within 8 minutes of noticing the charge and she told me it was too late to cancel! I said that's ridiculous how could be too late you just received the order? She placed me on hold and came back and said she cancelled the order. So I thought that was over, then later that evening around 6pm I get a text saying your delivery was shipped!! So I called back and spoke to another person and both of these ladies were of Indian decent, and she said it wasn't cancelled and she would cancel it and credit my card back the 70.00 and give me a 15.00 credit, by the way I would never use it with this horrible company! They should be reported to the BBB. Truly a scam!!)

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I've been buying them for years but bought some strawberries and cheesecake for my husband and the strawberries were soggy and cheesecakes were flavorless. Never again.

Don't put all your strawberries in one basket with this place!

I ordered $70 worth of strawberries and a personalized card for my gf since Valentines day was coming up. I received a confirmation and tracking number. It was supposed to be here today and they never came. I checked Fed-Ex and they said it is in NC but, when I contacted Shari's Berries, they told me the strawberries were not coming after all and finally after asking for a supervisor, they then issued me a refund. I told them this ruined my Valentines day and they said sorry for the inconvenience. I encourage anyone reading this to go to the store, save the money, buy a nice bunch of strawberries and make them your-self because apparently this company don't know what they are doing. I even selected the delivery day and paid extra for it. Pitiful excuse of a company. I had to call my long-distance GF and explain how she ain't getting her gift. Steer clear of this place. Shari's Berries, shame on you for the service and the lack of empathy in your customer service.

Horrible customer service and wasted money

Horrible customer service, online chat is a scam, delivery charges are not committed dates. Ordered product, paid extra for next day delivery. Didn’t deliver. Joined online chat to report issue after surviving virtual chat to get to a live agent who joined chat 10 minutes before actually responding to a message, offered to make “everything right” then responded 4 times over 30 minutes they were reviewing my order then never responded. 60 minutes of my life and $80 wasted.

Horrible

Horrible. My husband ordered 2 dozen roses for me for Valentine’s Day, MORE than half of the rose petals just fell right off of each and every rose! After reading other reviews, I’m scared to try the chocolate strawberries! Never again.

Please don’t order flowers from Shari’s Berries

Please don’t order flowers from them. It is a waste of your hard earned money. I ordered flowers who just went through surgery. She received it and it is very different from what was on the picture from their website. The website has a bunch of roses on a beautiful planter design with roses. What came has a few almost wilted flowers and the vase is low quality. I was so embarrassed to the recipient and it didn’t lighten what she was going through. So I contacted Shari’s Berries (and they only have chat only) and they said they will te delivery. I agreed to that and when it came, it is worst than the first. The buds of roses and leaves were falling and roses were wilted. I wish I can include pictures here. Anyway I contacted them again and they offered to redeliver again and I declined and I said I want a full refund. The agent said they can’t but they can offer me 50% refund. I agreed so I can go to a supermarket and buy a bouquet of flowers for a lot cheaper price and good quality flowers that I can personally pick. So please don’t order your flowers from them.

First time with this product

First time with this product
Roses were very very tine I thought they were probably micro roses when I opened the wrap petals fell off.

The Strawberries were not ripe and of course not sweet.

It was my V Day gift.

Valentine

I received these as Valentines gift and not impressed at all! The chocolate tasted fake and the presentation was horrible. The box was all sticky and the berry still had the hard stem, and they were definitely not packed with care! Very disappointing!!
