Horrible. I don’t recomend

Customer service was horrible they just kept repeating themselves and the strawberries I ordered for my girlfriend where said to be delivered but I called her and the school and neither one of them said they got the strawberries but then when I asked for a full refund they only gave me $15 in credit which I payed $71 for it this business is horrible I do not suggest!!!

Not worth the price anymore

I usually have a good experience with Shari’s berries but this time the product was terrible the box they came in was super sticky the chocolate strawberries were broken and the lettering looked like it was just thrown on them without any care. Really just reminded me of an order through a fast food restaurant. Just sloppy

I received my early Valentine gift from…

I received my early Valentine gift from my boyfriend who lives in NYC. I was so disappointed the packing was nasty and it looked like it was in the trunk riding around for weeks. My boyfriend told me not to eat it.

DON’T BUY

DON’T BUY - they have horrible quality & will not give a 100% refund. I ordered these for a party & they look nothing like the pictures!!!! They look like children made them for fun. They offered to replaced them, and the replacements are just as bad!!! Please stay away buy local!!! I wish I could upload pictures.

Horrible Experience

I should have read the reviews on this company first and I would not be in this mess. We ordered flowers and a gift basket for our daughters and granddaughter to be delivered on February13th so they would get them the day before Valentine's just in case there was a problem delivering them. I also ordered the gift basket for a friend of mine to be delivered on the same day.
I got a call from my granddaughter on the 29th of Jan. saying she had gotten a gift basket with no name telling her who it was from and then the two daughters called with the same story. The friend got his on the 30th of Jan. I tried to "chat" with someone at the company to ask why this happened as I talked to the man for over an hour to get the days straight. "Chat" asked if they could talk to me and at least straighten out the flowers delivery and offered me a $50 gift certificate so I said yes. That was Feb.3rd and I haven't heard anything since. This was a huge order and I am so upset.

Worst

Worst, most overpriced company! Do not buy! I ordered chocolate covered strawberries as a valentines gift with a delivery of 2/13-14. Decided to do the add on of roses since it's for my Mother who lives alone since my Father died. They delivered the roses on 2/4! Hardly a feeling of a Valentines Day gift when it's 10 days early. When I called to ask them not to deliver on that date they continually said there was nothing they could do and they 'were sorry for the inconvenience'. They will not rectify their errors despite these being heavily overpriced. I thought I was paying for good service. Now I know that is not the case.

Not worth buying

My sister in law ordered both my husband and I a 6pk box of their Strawberries for our Birthday the first box were absolutely Horrible. They were sour no taste and just nasty. I felt bad even telling my sister in law because she was raving so much about them. So after she tried so many times to get in touch with them she spent 2hrs the last time she was able to get them to resend another box to us. The 2nd box was good but I wouldn’t ever buy them myself. They are truly are not worth the money.

Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke. Just spent 60 minutes on the phone with no results. Had a credit card charge that I did not purchase..and they had NO INFO..NO recipient or address..but still won't remove charge. After an hour they "found" the charge ..that wasn't me..and they STILL would not remove charge FOR SECURITY REASONS... BUYER BEWARE..if you want any product they sell..look elsewhere!!

Product delivered was NOT as…

Product delivered was NOT as advertised. I ordered 12 strawberry ladybugs. Some ladybugs had crooked smiles, missing eyes, melted chocolate off end of the berries and some weren't decorated like ladybugs at all. It was very embarrassing to me as a Thank You gift.

Do not waste your time or money!

Ordered a birthday delivery with a few days notice, for a Saturday delivery. By Saturday night they were not delivered, so I contacted the company. They informed me it was moved to the following Monday! They had not contacted me about the delay. I was so disappointed as I had planned it for the Saturday to celebrate a birthday. I cancelled the order and had to rush to order elsewhere. Do not waste your time or money as so unreliable!

Horrible

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Customer Service!! Lied about delivery date after promising it would be delivered on date requested. It was never delivered. Definitely doesn’t deliver same day as advertised. Requested refund on my order and will NEVER order from Shari’s Berries again. This company is a nightmare!!

Only half of the order was delivered

Ordered a small birthday cake and 6 strawberries to be delivered for my sister's 70th birthday. Box only contained the strawberries, no cake. I tried the provided number if I had questions and it wouldn't connect. Tried another number from their website and that disconnected too. Live chat offered $20 and redelivery. I have asked for a refund but not hopeful.

Very disappointed

I definitely will think twice about ever placing an order again with Shari's Berries. My siblings and I ordered a 12 count chocolate covered strawberry to surprise our parents because we weren't able to make it home for the holidays this year and they really do enjoy them. Placed an order on December 18, delivery was scheduled for December 21. They weren't delivered until the December 23 and they were covered in moisture, ice pack was completely melted, and the whole
order looked questionable. Not very dependable on delivering a quality product.

Bad customer experience

Bad customer experience. I placed an order on the 12th and delivery was set for the 20th. I found out on the 20th that the delivery was delayed and would be delivered on the 24th. On the 24th I received an email stating that they had canceled my order.

First time ordering from this company.I…

First time ordering from this company.I ordered the reindeer and sprinkles it arrived on time on Christmas Eve but when opened I was very disappointed the strawberry's small and looked like a child decorated them looked nothing like the advertisement. I did get help from customer service and refunding me a portion of the $75 I paid, so I was relived to know that they were willing to fix the issue.I dont believe I will be ordering through them again.wish I was able to attach a pic but unable to

Sharis Berries order was not delivered

Sharis Berries order was not delivered. Delivery date was 12/24/2024. Delivery information "Delivery Attempted. Will redeliver". The recipient and his wife were home all day. He has end-stage cancer and we depended on this gift getting there on time. I'm very disappointed with this and I won't be a returning customer.

Order was never received. Nor was replacement order. Contacted customer service 3 times who assured me the order would arrive. Was marked as delivered even though it wasn’t. They didn’t want to give me a refund.
