The best price available at the time and delivery was unbelievably fast.

I have ordered dog food from Berriewoods approximately a dozen times,each time the delivery arrives tins are damaged. I have reported every time and the response is always,we are looking at ways of improving our packaging.
If it were not for the case that Berriewoods are cheaper I would order from another wholesaler ☹

Cheaper than amazon deliveries quicker than amazon

Last few months they don't do so great as I have suffer from delays on delivery often as well as rotten food when I decided to try their own brand of dog's food.
Now I am still waiting to receive an order that I've placed a week ago.
I called them 2 days ago and they assure me that the order would be dispatch that day and I should have it yesterday but still nothing so I called them today again and now they can guarantee when the order would be dispatched.
I can understand that it's only money to them but they have to realize that our pets want to eat too like they do so they are only costing me more money if I have to go and buy them their food from the local store.

Food order OK and delivered on time. HOWEVER their driver cannot read.
We ordered six large bags of dog food because we have a lot of dogs, so we were not amused when the food was left outside by our second gate instead of being left INSIDE the tin shed by the first gate AS REQUESTED
on the delivery note. And then to add insult he left the gate open !!!!!!!!
Not Happy. Awaiting a reply to a email of complaint. If I can’t trust the delivery company to keep our dogs safe then I can’t order food from
Berriewoodwholesale.
