Excellent service. Ordered dog food around 10am and it was received next day within 24 hours!! Prices are also very competitive.

Berriewood makes the process of purchasing my dog food very easy. Not only do I get a very competitive price online, but the food gets delivered to my door at no extra charge. usually within a couple of days. I would recommend Berriewood to anyone (unless you like spending money on petrol) . BTW you also get discount points in the form of 'berries' to use when you choose.

Quality barf food, excellent price, service very fast delivered next day from dispatch, product very well packed and insulated. Always always use berriewood, tried the rest now stick with the best.

Always get my cats chicks from here, its the cheapest overall price including delivery, never had any problems with the the quality or delivery. Wish they did more items like quail or mice.

I have used Berriewood for a few years for dog food. It is the cheapest I can find in the UK for the type I buy although the gap is narrowing with other companies now. Sometimes they are out of stock and the order can take over a week to deliver from the point of order. Usually though it's very quick. It's a shame they stopped using DPD for their deliveries as they always give you an hours delivery window.

Berriewood (BioVet) delivered my order with most of the cans damaged in some way. Most of it was OK to use (though I would not want to use it in a month or two) but I sent them an email just remarking on the poor condition.
They asked for pictures but by this time I had used most of the more damaged cans of food so the pictures I could send did not show the worst of the damage.
I had not asked for replacements or compensation but their response sounded like it had been written by a lawyer and they had no interest in the poor state of the product delivered.
I simply stopped using them and would suggest to others that there are many good providers of pet food, why use one that does not value your custom.

Having paid over £70 for a dog food order, selecting express delivery, I have waited a week and no delivery. On checking their website for an update, I can see the order hasn't even been packed/dispatched.

I telephoned to ask for a delivery date, was put on hold, and I was left waiting on hold when the office shut and the staff went home.

No reply to my email. No refund. No dog food. No apology. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I have been using this company for years to purchase my dog food, buying frozen food in bulk. However my experience, and from what other people have said about their own expetiences over the past two weeks, has made me decide to never use them again.

It would appear that a new company has bought them out Bio Vet, and whether this has led to the problems that I and others have experienced , who knows.

My order (smaller than usual, thankfully), was made over the internet, and I had trouble processing the order, but eventually it went through, and I had an email confirming this. However 2 days later when the order was delivered, two items were missing, and one item that I hadnt ordered was there. I couldnt use this, as it makes my dog sick. It then took another 12 days, before my order was eventually delivered in a useable condition. I had to make 5 phone calls, was given days for delivery which never happened, and then having specifically told Berriewood that I would not be home on a certain day, and it was agreed to deliver the day after, to find that a delivery had been attempted while I was out, on the day I had told them I wouldn't be there to recieve the rest of my order!
Another delivery was scheduled, as I refused to do a 40 mile round trip to pick up from the courier depot, as had been suggested. A delivery was then scheduled for two days time, but the courier saw fit to deliver the now thoroughly defrosted food to a neighbour, telling him it had been on his van for four days! Obviously this was rejected, and yet another phone call was made. Then one of the items was apparently out of stock, so I had to wait until the following week before I was given a delivery day, it failed to arrive on that day. It eventually came the following day, after yet another phone call? Also 3 emails were sent, but ignored. Left comments via Facebook, but apart from somebody saying they would make sure my order was delivered - it wasn't, proved a waste of time, apart from another disgruntled customer also leaving a comment!
