I wouldn't even give this company the one star based on my experience.
It took well over six weeks before the dress arrived and it's a different size and colour than what I ordered.
Their return policy is ridiculous and insulting so rather than hassle it this dress is going to charity.

Items are poorly made and very bad quality.
I ordered 5 items, 1-2 times bigger than my normal size and not a single one fitted.
Items received are definitely not the ones described online.
Don’t order from this site. You will regret as I did. Highly disappointed.
Been trying to return the goods and I can’t find the process to do so. Tried contacting by email and my message won’t go.

do not buy your clothes from this company, its fake advertising they show you beautiful pictures and send you absolutely horrible garbage, i got my package after paying over 200 US dollars My money is Canadian which they converted to US for boots and 2 sweaters .the bag was delivered without a call or nocie of delivery, you check the website it says delayed shipment, i emailed customer service they responded by telling me its delayed just like what the website says. I want my money back especially for the shoes, its made of black thin plastic with a hard plastic soul the details in the picture are not as defined on the shoes and the sizes are off its like doll clothes very fragile material, like the replicated it from a 3Dprinter, the shoes are soo poorly made there seems to be no support for the feet .I highly urge you NOT TO BUY these falsely advertised products, you will regret it.

If I could I put zero stars to this company. Scam company and scam administration of this site. I ordered winter coat for me but when I get this item it was of bad quality not like on the picture. The food was awful ,it was too small for me, short sleeves, it was like made for kids or teenagers not for adults. I contacted administration of site asking to return and make a refund . They wrote we will contact you in 2 day it's already 1 month passed and I still didn't hear any reply. I wrote my review about poor quality of this coat on the page of Barry Look. It turned out they put only good reviews with five stars and all bad reviews they hide.I will never order anything from this site.

I was sent an incorrect order. I tried at least 6 times to contact these people, they do not respond. You are requested to fill out a form if you have a problem and their page on their web-site will not advance. This company is a scam, beware!

WARNING - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Order E2216472 WIsh I could give no stars as this company and their products are trash. The item I ordered is phtographed to look like knitwear but is actually extremely poor quality, thin jersey. The printed flowers look embroidered in the photo but are a realistic colour but in reality they are brash and poor colour/quality. The order says WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING but I was charged an extra £8.30 making this dreadful garment cost over £26 but only 26p worth it, if that!!! The sizing is way out - I ordered 16 but more like a 20. I have asked about returning it but after reading the other reviews fear this will only mean I lose out both with the item, which I will give to charity, and my £26+ pounds. Glad I didn't order anything else.

Absolutely disgusting experience with BerryLook. The 3 dresses I received were small, see through and 2 I couldn't get over my head. I emailed asking for their return label. Received email straight back informing me they didn't provide labels and giving me the address in Hong Kong I should return them to. The cost of return would have been £20 via Evri. I emailed replied to their email complaining I had checked the details of their company before I ordered and it is showed it was registered in London. However, if you try to send an email to them it immediately changes to your own email address and it is sent to your 'trash'. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people. Never buy from this company, you won't get your money back and if you email them the email address changes to your own email. In effect you email yourself. There is no way to communicate with them.

What A Shocking Unbelievable Experience:
It took a very long time to get my order, but I let that go because maybe they genuinely had issues regarding delivery. However,the shipping finally arrived today 09/05/22, I wasn’t quite sure what to make out of the material, it doesn’t look as good as it did on that showroom, but i tried it anyway. The item is Medium size, but for whatever reason it’s too small for my already petit structure and I couldn’t wear anything under that coat, the sleeves are way too up (short) instead of landing as should on the wrist considering that it’s meant to be a winter coat! I tried to follow the process for returns, but after I have typed in the captcha, it keeps saying “ Code Validation incorrect”! And I kept trying, the same message over and over therefore stopping me from proceeding, even though I know I have copied exactly as is. It may seem like this is done deliberately to put us off returning the goods if we are not satisfied,(just my thoughts) It is very difficult to communicate with this clothing company for our various reasons as it distances itself from customers. If any staff member sees this review, please contact me as i need your assistance right now.. Very frustrating!

If possible I would give no stars at all! My order arrived after five weeks. The quality was dreadful with badly sewn seams, a hole under an arm and neck openings too small to get my head through. One top had one sleeve two inches longer than the other. Some fabric was see through. The sizing was totally wrong with some items enormous and some too small to fit my daughter. I cannot state strongly enough not to buy from this company. There was no return address or label. The customer service offered to refund half the money and when I raised an issue with PayPal this was raised by 10 euro. However I refused this and got a full refund as I went through PayPal. Do not buy from this company.

I didn't even get as far as purchasing anything. My friend has experience of buying from sites which appear to be UK-based but which demand that any returned goods be sent to China or Hong Kong.

I could not find any info re the returns address on the berrylook.com site so I emailed them saying that I was in the UK and would like to know where any returns should be sent. The first reply didn't respond to my question: they simply repeated information already on the website. I replied, pointing this out, and this time they responded by admitting that "We are located in Hongkong (sic). All the items will be shipped out from Hongkong". I can assume from this that the customer may end up spending more on return shipping than on the items. As they apparently don't accept PayPal, there is no possibility of using PayPal's Return Shipping On Us scheme, which would have given the customer the opportunity of applying for refund of the return charges (up to a maximum of £15).

I'll avoid this retailer like the plague.

Two weeks of no tracking information, then delivery within hours of demanding refund. Garments feel cheap and shoddy, sizing definitely on the tight side, missing care labels, missing brand labels, missing fabric labels, in one case no label at all. Package labels in (?) Chinese.
The one garment labelled cotton on the website does not feel like cotton to touch. And they are not that cheap. Definitely won't buy again from these scammers.

I have spent £150 on absolute rubbish!! The quality of the material used and clothing is absolutely shocking, there is no customer service and there is no communication or contact details to return goods purchased.
I had send an email to the services email address requesting they recall the purchases and requested a refund. This was ignored and today 2 separate parcels were received. I have emailed them again requesting a return address and request for further refund to which I have had no response.
This purchase and dealing with this company has been an absolutely disaster from the start. I am extremely disappointed and feel I have been fooled by inappropriate convincing advertising.

Delivery much slower than shown so too late for holiday - all comes from China, which wasn’t obvious until after I’d placed the order. Some items cancelled by them 2 weeks after order accepted. Refund posted quite quickly for those, but communication confusing - received 2 emails same day, one saying order cancelled and one saying it’s on its way. Sizes received bear no comparison to ones shown - 5” smaller on bust than advertised size and supposed maxi dress above my knee despite me being only 5’4”. Size measurements different for every item on website so check before ordering if you feel you have to order (recommend you don’t). Site also says its own stated measurements can be up to 4cm out. Ridiculous. Material mostly very cheap looking and tacky, and totally different to how they look in the photos. Need to be prepared to accept whatever they send as you need to pay for returns, but no return info in parcel or on website so have to contact customer service, which is shady by design, probably because you have to return them to California which costs more than keeping the garbage items. Poor quality, poor service, items not as advertised, UK trading rights not respected. Use another retailer. Assume positive weirdly written reviews on here are all fakes.

Ordered two summer dresses and one pair of sandals. Dress material is completely see through so neither use nor ornament and sandals arrived in the wrong colour!!!
No help from emails or website as to how I can return items for refund so am stuck with them. Would never, never, ever use them again. What a rubbish company they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give no stars if I could. The dresses I ordered were supposed to be full flare lost floor length. What I got was knee length,, straight. The sizing was way off and I couldn’t even get them on, not could my 12 year old niece.😱….I will never buy from them again

I ordered 5 ladies tops and only one fit. Order #FH20220324002211. The material for 3 tops were ok. But the other 2 were the consistency of a cotton tablecloth. The gradient print loose casual long sleeve blouse was horrible! Nothing at all like the picture in the advertisement. I’d like to return them and not for an exchange for a larger size.

Such a beautiful selection of woman's fashion - it's just a shame that delivery is very hit and miss! I am still waiting for a dress ordered on 4th April (1st May)- it is allegedly "in transit" and it seems Berrylook no longer take any responsibility once their system shows its been despatched. Considering postage costs (added at end of order) are around £9 - this is just not acceptable. Have had a few email exchanges with them and they just keep telling me to be patient. Have just requested a full refund - but won't hold my breath! This is a real pity as their clothes are beautiful - they really need to improve their delivery system. Am so disappointed!
