I generally like what I buy at Bershka but yesterday I bought a pair of sunglasses that I did not end up liking how they looked out of store. I went back today with my receipt and every single piece of packaging they originally came with only to be told that I could not return them because the packaging seal had been split. I feel like this is not a fair policy, I don’t know how I’m supposed to decide whether sunglasses are a fit for me without trying them and it’s unreasonable not to be able to return any accessories. They were actually pretty rude to me which I was really caught off guard by because I was very very polite. I was told told they can’t resell them if the packaging is open, which is tru, but honestly that’s not really my issue as a costumer and they should allow returns regardless of packaging as long as you have proof of purchase. I hope others have a different experience!

Buying online from Brazil. The design of the products are great, however, I expected more quality for such a high price for some jeans. The jeans I ordered looked great but just in the second wear it was already having threads falling apart and leaving pieces behind. After having it for a month or so already, I can say it’s quality is worse than Shein and I would not buy it again. Although not being able to judge other products of theirs, I can easily say it’s the worst quality jeans I own, however, I have to say they look amazing and the design of Bershka’s products are great. Due to my bad experience with the jeans, even if I wanted to rebuy, I would be afraid for it to have a similar quality to the jeans. I really wanted to like the product, but would not recommend either rebuy any jeans of the brand. Thank you, with all the respect.

Sizing isn’t accurate I usually order 40 I ordered 38 now and my pants still fall down from my but 💔 I will try to return it if possible

But overall very fast , I ordered Thursday and collected it the next day on Friday !

I ordered five items and only received one package with one item in it. Flagged the next day, 2nd July 2026, via WhatsApp chat and was told that my issue had been escalated to the relevant department. Still awaiting a response over a week later.

My Order didnt come yet but I got an email that it had been delivered

Customer service unhelpful

AVOID! Placed an order and it was marked as delivered by the courier. The proof of delivery photo is indeed me and my house, however the parcel shown in it was from a different retailer and I have not received the order. Customer services refusing to help with a replacement or refund simply stating “it’s been delivered”… RIDICULOUS

Jeans arrived but they are marked and small awfull not sure if they are returns as there was dog hairs on them too

The photo shows a white T-shirt with “Ecuador”print in the front in the national colours so my daughter requested it just for that reason. What came was a plain white T-shirt.

I didn’t receive my full order. An item is missing. I ordered 2 t shirts but only received 1

I’m disappointed with my recent online order. The packaging was not satisfactory, and when I opened the package, the shorts were extremely wrinkled throughout. The presentation made the items feel poorly handled and not ready to wear, which was quite disappointing.

I placed an order for delivery to an InPost locker. The Bershka website clearly stated that I had 15 days to collect my order. However, when I went to pick it up after just 5 days, my parcel was no longer there.

I contacted customer support, but they couldn’t do anything to help. As a result, I lost my item and couldn’t purchase it again because it was already out of stock.

I’m very disappointed with this experience.
