Good afternoon,
I received a parcel and a T-shirt today. Item number: 1768/443/251. One of the straps has been sewn on incorrectly; it was simply twisted when it was sewn on. What should I do? After all, the post office said I wasn’t allowed to inspect it, so I took it home and can no longer return it. I’ll sew it myself at home, but it would be great if these faults had been spotted when the order was packed, as it did put a bit of a damper on things, given that the T-shirt was for a special occasion.

My order never arrived, the post office said it was lost and that I should contact you to get my money back. I want my issue resolved as soon as possible because I am in a very difficult financial situation right now.

The delivery was very precise and I had all the information i needed to go and retrieve my order without any problem.The items are in great condition and they fit prefectly.I always purchase here because i like their style more than other stores and i can always find something I like.Never have I needed to return an item for sizing issues or other problems.The sizing on the app is quite accurate,they give you the measurements of the model and based on that you can find the size that fits you best.

My package was stolen

First of all. There were issues with the courier (royal mail). I had requested for the parcel tk be delivered to an alternative address (royal mail post office). The driver didnt follow the request and tofay i waited all fay for the parcel not knowing where it was as i called up royal mail head office to ask where the parcel was. On top of that, the parcel one of the items the belt theres all rust around the metallic of the belt from where it looks like its been in the warehouse for years, i am not happy about this.

Item arriving late, after my daughter’s birthday, it was ordered in plenty of time. Customer service appalling, kept disconnecting, sending emojis which were totally inappropriate considering I was an unhappy customer. Kept leaving the WhatsApp chat. And was lied to at the beginning of the chat and told it was arriving today, to then a few messages later be told there’s a delay…..they said today without even checking

My order was missing and I try reaching out to you guys and I was told it’s over 48hrs and nothing can be done about my missing order. I have been shopping with you guys are years now and this is the first me my order got missing and all I can hear is we are sorry nothing can be done because it’s passed 48hrs before I report. I told on because sometime order will tell u delivered and it still on the way. I am just suppose to loose my money because I report it few days after the surprise delivered date

Hello the order arrived it was shoes , but it came dirty and with mini black hair on it its the first time i order online from bershka usually i go to the store and was such a bad experience online

The online returns process if you have purchased as a guest is utterly infuriating. You get sent around in circles and nowhere can you get the label you need to return the products. I will never purchase from this site again.

Shipping was brilliant but the letters are already falling off the hoodie after 1 wear

I ordered a size 10, which is my normal size but they are quite large. I had to pay for shipping and would get deducted more if I return- not a consumer friendly policy. I will probably not order from you again because of this.
