Thieving conman

Thieving conman, do not buy anything from their website as they are going under, or gone under. They are still trying to get money from people and not give them any products. I ordered nearly £60 of taste experience, that's three packages, from them September 2018, they kept promising I would get them, now they won't answer my calls. The owner is a convicted con man. By the way, They are not vegan.

Can't review the product as never…

Can't review the product as never received it. Ordered a flavour pack on Oct 9th. Still waiting for it 8 mths later. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Told in late Oct there would be a slight delay as demand had far exceeded supply. Another email came in Dec stating that any orders not received in time for Christmas would be refunded. No order. In Feb I emailed again and was told my order would arrive shortly and was refunded the cost of postage. Still no order. Numerous emails sent between Feb and the beginning of April - all ignored. Finally received an email on 24 April saying goods had arrived and would be dispatched the following week. Still waiting! Obviously this was lies and a stalling tactic.

Disgusting way to run a business. Frankly it is shameful that a business that pioneers animal rights by producing vegan products has absolutely no regard for human ethics. I know I am not alone in my disgust at your appalling customer service. It is shameful . The contempt you have shown towards hard working customers by taking our money and breaching your contract is beyond belief. You have absolutely no scruples.
You can delete negative comments on your Facebook page and hide comments all you like but myself and others whose money you have taken will continue to bad mouth you at every given opportunity. You don't deserve to have any customers. If you continue as you are you won't for very much longer. It's such a shame as I really wanted to support a vegan business. All you had to do was give people their money back - not lie and fob people off.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay money for nothing!

Good product, terrible service

This review is about the service received, not the products. However I can't comment on the products because I've never received them.

On 30 September 2018 I paid for an order from Besos Food & Drinks for the Flavour Experience, a range of small vegan liqueurs, as a birthday present for my wife for November. On 31 October 2018 I received an update that there were delays to the order. I then received another update on 14 December that they still did not have stock. By now it's become a Christmas present. on 17 December they advised they'd received stock and were sending out orders; I received an email on 22 December 2018 stating the order was being sent and on it's way.

By 29 December, having not received the gift and even anticipating delays as it was Christmas, I contacted them to ask for an update. I received one on 2 January 2019 apologising for the delays. At this point I was getting very annoyed and insisted on the order and a partial refund, and on 3 January 2019 was offered a shipping refund and the product.

Having heard nothing by 4 March 2019 I chased again, and was advised that I would receive the order and a full refund however there were some cashflow issues. Admittedly with delays I had forgotten about the order but as of 15 June 2019 I have not received my initial order nor any refund. I am still pursuing this, and will update on conclusion.
