Cheap, poor quality and poor sizing!
Got in touch with this company re: sizing for pyjamas as they only go up to a size 16 in woman’s - hardly inclusive! I’m a size 20 and as an active wheelchair user need my clothing to be a little looser. Always buy matching pyjamas for my daughter and I for Christmas, it’s our tradition and stumbled across this company and they looked lovely. The reply I received regarding sizing was a little stand offish and that should have been the first clue to run a mile. The child’s sizes also only go up to about a 12 and my 11 year old daughter is very tall and slim and is generally in age 15-16 clothing so I opted for the woman’s medium for her. Good job I did as they fit perfectly. I was advised by Gemma at bespoke gems to purchase a mens xxl for myself which I did on her advice. Imagine my dismay on Christmas Eve night when I discovered they were rather snug and I couldn’t do up the two buttons on the bottom of the shirt. Further embarrassment Christmas morning when the trousers split all the way down the front in front of my family whilst opening presents. It’s not exactly like I can run and hide away what with being disabled. These weren’t even cheap to buy either at £24.95 each. I now find out I’ve been blocked from the Instagram page probably for posting a similar review there. Clearly a company that is out of touch and I can see from other reviews left here that there are clearly severe problems with the general customer service etc.
Do not order
Do not order. Appalling customer service, quality of products poor. Cannot get a reply to return and refund item therefore now making claim with CC. Avoid.
No item and no refund for postage
Ordered on 7 June 21 and advised 7/10 days delivery when chased on 27 June just sent refund for item and not postage no contact no explanation really poor customer service
Christmas order cancelled without any notice
Contacted seller prior to ordering as had specific customisation request. Agreed to my request but when order received was incorrect. Provided postage label to return item and was advised would be corrected. However received partial refund via PayPal with no correspondence but suggesting order cancelled. Very disappointed that a seller would not have the decency to send an email advising of cancellation. Out of pocket and unable to get another customised item so close to Christmas. Shame on you
