Good website, excellent pre-order support by phone and 8:45am next day delivery from a lunchtime order. Unfortunately, one item wasn't in stock and product substituted did not meet with my requirements, but a couple of phone calls sorted this out. My purchase was good value for money and I think there is a strong argument for buying from people who are prepared to fix problems and do what they say they will so I'll still give them 5 stars!

From checking to see if the item I wanted was on stock to placing an order and taking delivery took 36hours, absolutely excellent service. If these people can do it why is others fall badly behind in this country. Keep it up and well done.

Found this company by the use of google because I know the make and model of camera I wanted but wanted to find the keenest price. This company gave not only the camera but a package (Spare battery etc) at a price that was extremely competative. Have book marked the site for future purchases.

I ordered the Nikon S3000. Unfortunately the colour i wanted was out of stock though a delivery was expected in a few days, though not guaranteed. Through emails with Hannah (very helpful) I was offered a different colour and this was sent out on a Monday and I received it the next day. I am very happy with the service I have received. The price of the camera is very competitive especially given the free 'bundle' it comes with. Would recommend.

Bought recently the Canon SX1, the price of Bestcameras was the cheapest I found on the web and also got a free camera bag and tripod! Received the camera within 2 working days!

I have bought my new camera Sony Alpha 550 on Tuesday after Easter it arrived 10.48 on Wednesday. Service, updates and of course prices all brilliant. I would recommend to all my friends and surly I can think of buying something else again ….

Don't use these people if you need after-service. My camera came with a case far too small to put the camera in. I was asked to return it at my cost and finally, several calls later, received a replacement - even smaller than the last. After the next endless round of calls and three weeks later, one came that was about twice as big as the camera. I am dreading all the hassle that's still to come. My advice is to stay clear of this company.

I ordered a Pentax Optio WS80 on the Thursday afternoon before the Easter Bank Holiday - it arrived as specified on the Tuesday morning after the Bank Holiday. Price was competetive, and it includes a three year warranty.
