I found this company browsing the web to find the best deal for the Canon EOS 50D SLR Camera. The site was very easy to use and ordered, and received the camera quickly, they also gave free delivery. It was very well packed, and was given info via email that it had been dispatched. I would recommend this company and be happy to buy again.

Before ordering my camera on-line, I phoned to check stock, as it was a new model on the market. The young lady that answered was friendly, informed and helpful, telling me it wasn't yet in stock but expected around two weeks time. As soon as I placed my order on-line I received a confirmation e-mail detailing my order and confirming it was not yet in stock and that my card wouldn't be charged until it was. As soon as stocks arrived I received another e-mail confirming that information, I called them back, paid on the phone and was told to expect delivery within two working days, which was the following tuesday. True to their word it arrived early afternoon, as requested, well packaged and in excellent condition. I cannot fault this company in any way, a truly enjoyable retail experience, why can't all compnies be this way? I will certainly use bestcameras again and be happy to recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you to all who work there.

today is 8th june 2010 i have placed an order with best camera which im still waiting for.the order was placed on 1st june and was told that it would be a week to come in as waiting for stock. FINE
today i phoned with regards to my order and ws not happy with the responce i got when "asked where my order is" the responce was very arrogant and he made me feel like i was bothering him,not good.
lets hope future calls will be dealt with more politely in the future,and that i do get my goods soon and that the after care customer service is forthcoming or will they be another typical company "GOT YA MONEY NOW GO AWAY" lets wait and see PLEASE anyone using this company "DONT" i have now tried to cancel order and credit card but they now being so cagey about relaying back to me which card i used stating they cannot relay info back....WHY???? in the end i have just cancelled my credit card to stop any transaction i think i have a lucky escape will never go to these people again .

Great price and extremely quick response. Ordered on a Thursday and delivered the next day. Nearly the best price on the web, but with included free accessories it was the cheapest. Item as stated and definitely UK stock.

I ordered a sony a230 and it was the best value so far, i am a university student with a very limited budget so this is just right for me, i needed this camera for my studies.. the delivery was very fast and the website was easy to use.. i got the camera yesterday and i am already enjoying (well actually playing with it.. toys get more expensive as you grow old..).. cheers and thank you very much.. as a first DSLR you can never go wrong with sony.. and bestcameras are really the best..

I ordered my camera a Fuji 1500S at 2.00pm thursday 03/06/10 and it arrived the next morning 04/06/10 at 08.45am.
The price was the best I could find. I also included a de-lux bag 4GB memory card re-charegable batteries and charger with my order.
The order came with a free tri-pod.
I would definitely recommend Best Cameras and will use them again.

Ordered a Pentax X90 on 30/5 (Bank Holiday Sunday) and it arrived by 1.30pm on Wednesday (2/6). Bestcameras price was the cheapest I found on the internet and also included a free camera bag, 2 GB memory card, tripod and 3 year guarantee! Will definitely recommend them and will use again for any camera accessorises I might need.

I phoned them as I was making an order via internet. They did not have the camera I had ordered and were expecting it the day before I was leaving on a holiday. I called them on that day and paid extra to have it delivered the following morning. I received it, along with a bundle offer and the memory card I had ordered as well, at 8.30 in the morning the following day. The combination of camera, extra battery and memory card still cost me around £100 less than in a main street shop with the added value of a 3 year guarantee and an ideal table tripod for the camera. The battery that Bestcameras included in the bundle was of a superior quality to the one included with the camera by Sony. I will buy from them again. They are excellent professionals. Thank you

Excellent service. Best price for the camera I purchased. Item was initially out of stock. Fast response to email, saying new stock was imminent. It arrived within two days and the camera was delivered two days later. I would recomend Bestcamera on the basis of my experience.

My only complaint is that I ordered online only to receive an email the next day telling me the camera was out of stock. I would have liked to know before ordering. Luckily, in this instance, I could wait the extra week it took to get stock in, but I am accustomed to getting things next day.
Other than that, the camera arrived exactly when they said it would, it was a great value for money package and they responded promptly to my emails. I would recommend bestcameras.co.uk and they will be my go to site for camera paraphernalia in the future.

Pre-ordered the new Panasonic Lumix G2 before its release. The camera was delivered a good deal sooner than expected with good communication and no money being taken prior to delivery. Also I was very happy to find a wide selection of useful free gifts included not least of which was a 4gig SD card!!
I believe I am one of the first people in the country to get the G2, and at a cracking price...Very well done bestcameras.
Only the slightest hint of criticism I could make was the manner of the call taker when phoning to confirm a point prior to order, not the friendliest of souls. A minor point in an otherwise faultles transaction. I shall reccomend without reservation. Thanks guys.

Excellent prompt service when phoning about my order, i think that the business would benefit if they would display stock availability on the webpage, rather than asking the customer to telephone to check.

The video camera that we bought was the one we wanted and everything came through smoothly. However, there was one guy at the sales/customer services who was quite rude, actually, and I didn't feel like my custom was appreciated. Although, I'm sure I'll be back.
