I ordered an item which was not released by the manufacturer, their communication was second to none and they kept me informed at every stage. When the item came into stock it was immediately posted to me by courier who informed me the estimated delivery time within 1hour time slot, saving me having to wait in all day. (at no extra cost). i have just bought a canon sx30 (5 Oct 2010) at about 4:30pm. It was delivered on the Wednesday (7th). I was informed all the way regarding the status of the package (eg picked up at 9am on 6th, left Leicester depot at 5:00am on 7th, etc). I was even informed within a 1 hour time band when it would be delivered (ie between 11:07 and 12:07).

Oh, and by the way, the product was the best value for money I could see anywhere in the UK.

From placing my order for a Canon IXUS 130 (at a lower price than any other store or web site) every step of the way is made easy. The camera I ordered was out of stock, however, it came in a few day's after ordering, and was sent out same day. The communication was excellent, and I was informed every step of the procces, I would have no hesitation in using best cameras again, and would highly reccomend them to family and friends.

I got a Nikon P100 camera in bundle offer with Nikon case and 8 gb card.
The pack was neetly and perfectly packed and we cant find any deefects in packing and well deilvered to me 10 days. I understand the time span is because there is no stock at that time, which was intimated by them early and also happy with. The camera is amazing. The only flaw thing is Nikon case provided to me with the bundle. The nikon case belongs to Nikon P80 camera which is clearly mentioned in the case itself. But they have offered this for P100 camera which is quite bigger than P80. This was not clarified to me. I request you people to make sure of this kind of enquiry before choosing bundle offer. Also i will visit again and recommand, this website for you all apart from the above flaw

I ordered NEX 5 D and got an email saying that they donot have in stock and waiting delivery from Sony. It took 2 weeks to receive the camera. Customer service is good and they update the delivery yesterday and i received it today. I will certainly use them again but would like to see stock status more clearly while ordering through online.

Ordered a Fuji F80EXR on the 17th July but was informed they were waiting a delivery from Fuji. Unfortunately it took 6 weeks to arrive, no fault of Best Cameras, informed on the 26th Aug. my order had been dispatched and it arrived at 13:45 the next day 27th Aug by first class delivery service. The staff at Best Camers were all very helpful which makes for superb customer service, even though I had to wait for the camera I wanted I was very impressed,I will certainly use and recommend them to friend`s. Should be called Excellent Cameras, Thank you very much.
