Within just a few miles of collecting the car, the engine management light appeared and when I took the car to the mechanic, the part required was double the cost of the warranty claim limit. The warranty company stated that I should return the car immediately to the dealer as this has come up before with this vehicle and the dealer had likely just turned off the engine management light. As soon as I returned the car, he put it straight back on the forecourt for the same thing to happen to the next poor buyer, no doubt having turned off the engine light again!

Brilliant service from start to finish. The owners are fantastic people—honest, welcoming, and really go the extra mile. Made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Was super easy to buy my car from this dealership and they were a friendly and honest seeming dealership and very helpful. However my car immediately had problems that were likely present on sale but my request to repair was refused, after I’d driven it all the way back for them to look at! I’d had lights every time I drove but they told me there were no issues. They offered a refund but at the time I couldn’t afford to wait and try to find another car as I would be without one and the car was useable so took the car. On further investigation it seems the part I need to replace may have had a bodge fix in the past. Exercise caution as with all used car sales!

We bought a motorhome from this company for £43k.

Having owned the motorhome I bought from Best Car 4 You Ltd for a year now, I can list the faults found and repaired so far -

£200 new starter battery
£700 new rear window
£1200 new injectors and specialist removal
£100 grey water tank leaking
£150 engine preheater not working
£200 new leisure battery
£800 new solar panels
£200 EHU dangerously wired
£50 aircon remote not working

It’s taken us a year to work through the faults with this motorhome but many were evident from the first day.

I was told by Thomas that the injector problem was due to using the cheaper diesel :-D He cleared the engine faults and sent me on my way.

I’ve spent thousands of £’s putting things right with the motorhome we purchased and would not recommend this company.
