Sadly, I was misled into believing the car I purchased included a built-in Sat Nav, only to be told after delivery that this referred only to “Sat Nav capabilities.”

I attempted to resolve this matter amicably, but my concerns were dismissed and further communication was refused. I will now be taking this matter further.

I am giving 2 stars only because the process initially started on a positive note. However, I am very disappointed with how this has been handled.

Not a great experience unfortunately. Adam was good initially and assured me that an early January delivery was possible as the car was in the country. It turned out that the car wasn't in the country which delayed things by a month and the car also ended up costing 25% more than intended as I agreed to a car with additional features in order to make the early Jan deadline which didn't materialise.

Excellent service from Adam, made the whole process from start to finish so easy. He found me the best deal over a 3year plan with an amazing spec on the new electric Mini Cooper JCW which i am so happy with -Thank You ! looking forward to the delivery :-)

I'm having to write this review much later due to work and family commitments. I want to mention that I thought Adam was a good salesperson but unfortunately he was nothing but very pushy as he kept bombarding me with calls and emails almost on a daily basis, not showing any understanding as to whether he might be disturbing me. This is isn't the appropriate way of gaining commission, therefore he needs further training.

I discovered this company through leasing.com, and my experience up to this point has been outstanding. Adam assisted me and did an exceptional job securing a fantastic deal on a new lease. His expertise, promptness, and efficiency were impressive. I highly recommend him.

Ordered BMW X3 30e. Everything went smoothly and our Account Manager Adam was most helpful & polite.

I used a comparison site to find the vehicle I wanted at a very competitive price and completed the online enquiry forms from two companies. BCFG (Best Car Finder Group), got back to me on the morning of the first working day. Adam introduced himself and talked me through the process, time scales and checked the exact details of what I required.
Adam got back to with confirmation that he found the car, model and colour in stock at a competitive price. I agreed to proceed and he took care of everything. No pressure to sign up to the deal, just reassured me if I needed any further information or help to let him know.
Adam contact me a few later to confirm finance check all done and I signed and agreed the deal. All completed in just 2 days ( I did delay things myself poor mobile connection).
Car ordered just awaiting delivery date. Thanks again Adam for making process easy stress free and no pressure, just good customer service!

I dealt with a lady Amy Clark when I wanted to lease a vehicle from this company. She was simply brilliant. She was the reason I decided to go ahead with my lease in the end and did not switch companies when there was a reason to.

Dealt with a chap called Adam. I can’t express how efficient, quick and easy he made the whole process. Responded in a very timely manner, made everything clear and straightforward. I am now just awaiting delivery of the vehicle. Would recommend.
