I needed a lease van for my plumbing company as my current van is due to be scrapped as a result of the ulez due to take effect soon. I contacted best car finder and was so glad I did. Alex Young dealt with my enquiry and helped me through every stage and explained everything to me. He went out of his way to even contact the dealer to get information for me regarding dimensions. He emailed me when he said he would at every stage promptly and kept me updated constantly. He was professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. As an added bonus, prices are very competitive. I would not hesitate to use best car finder again and would highly recommend.

I had enquire with a few leasing company's but Best Car Finder got back to me straight away. They had the car I was after in stock. The hole process was seamless with Kevin from Best Car Finder keeping me up to date throughout the process and checking in after delivery.
The car was delivered within 9 days of the initial enquiry and was as expected.
So far, so good. Would highly recommend.

Do not ever use Best Car Finder. I ordered a car in November and was told it would be available in March. It's now the middle of May and no car. When I complained, I got flimsy excuses about COVID (which was well over 2 years ago.) Finally today I was supposed to receive my car. It was supposed to be delivered by 6pm. It's now 8pm and no car and no contact from them. I've had to get a taxi to fetch my daughter from school and I will have to use one again tomorrow. They won't give me reparations either. DON'T USE THEM.

I found BestCarFinder through an online aggregator and can honestly say the whole experience with the company and team has been seamless.

I was reasonably new to Buying or leasing a car in the UK as I am from abroad. My circumstances were a little different to every day applications.
I tried a few other companies with no luck at all, I was seen as an application number rather than a person.
I found Best Car Finder online and was put in touch with Alex Fry from Best car Finder. He listened to my needs first and foremost, and understood the unusual circumstances. He then made a few enquiries to find the correct deal and lender for my needs as to not waste either my time or the companies time.
From there I submitted my application and was helped through the process tremendously. Upon receiving the application Alex kept me up to date every step of the way, until it was finally approved.

It’s the second time I’ve used Kevin and I will do again when my new lease is up. He’s great to deal with and always finds (or finds a way to match) the best deal in the market and then regularly updates on progress through to delivery. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Our car arrived and we’re so pleased with it! The team were really responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything throughout the whole process.
The only downside was the length of time it took to receive the car but nothing could be done about that.
