I would recommend Edward 100% he did a great job with my carpet, sofa and rug.

Edward was fantastic - successfully cleaned some serious stains that we thought were impossible, and was very flexible in doing some other work while the machine was set up. Will be called these guys again 100% if ever we need their services.

A young man came round with his super cleaner exactly at the time he said he would.
Cleaned my carpets and saved Christmas. And didn't charge extra for the awkward time or short notice.

Found this company online and was absolutely brilliant. Edward was brilliant pre booking and wonderful in explaining the steps required. Winston was ever so friendly and the full service was excellent. Have no complaints with the work and would definitely recommend to everyone to use this company only.

Edward and winston couldn’t have been more helpful - and on a Sunday following ikea delivery men leaving dog poo all over my brand new very expensive wool carpet. Winston was great: quick efficient and lovely. Will def use them again - unlike Ikea!!!

Booked a appointment to get my carpets cleaned, all confirmed by Edward, told put in diary and a manager called Curtis would be with me between 10-10.30am 6 days later. Well Im sat in and 1 hour and half after the agreed time, no-one has arrived, I had to send a message as no contact from this company. Very unprofessional and really disappointing. Best carpet cleaners are NOT the best it seems !! I was told the manager is away and they are struggling to get hold of the technician LOL, I was told the MANAGER was going to be cleaning today, so why is he away ? and asked if I wanted them to come round Monday to clean the carpets when the manager returns ? erm no thanks ! he should be here today !!!.... THE REPLY BELOW ...... is all lies,, I had to contact the company over hour and half after they should of arrived. NO RTA as the company said, they said sorry manager was away and would not be back till Sunday so would contact me MONDAY,.. now the reply below says he offered to clean our carpets at no cost ,, THIS IS LIES... no offer of cleaning at no fee for inconvience.... DO NOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY.. i have heard all excuses from people as i am trader and the RTA is at the top !!!
