Bed bugs out
I was happy with quick delivery as I got tired of waiting for our council Pest control. I am currently using the powder as prevention and after using spray last week I seem to be bed bug free.

smoke bomb and sprayer is good but the powder is useless specially for hotel rooms
its really gd to see the smoke bomb to work but powders are hopeless and also for the customers in hotel it will smoke out badly from the bed.
so i will prefer more smoke bomb packages to be available. as it works instantly and leaves less to do by the cleaners.

not kept upto date about delivery
placed order on 10/8/12, money taken from account on 13/8/12, goods recieved on 31/8/12. had to make phone calls and send e-mail to find out where the order was up to.

Leonard is being a little economical with the facts.
Yes, there was an initial delay in sending out the order (we had run out stock of the mains adaptors for a cat repeller), but when back in stock a few days later, Mr Frith asked me NOT to post the goods for a week because he was going on holiday!
Added to the requested 7 day delay by Mr Frith was a Bank Holiday weekend. Had Leonard not stopped me from posting the goods ealier, he would have received them 10-12 days quicker.

What nice people to deal with
We have three of these repellers, all placed in strategic places covering the areas were the offending cat enters, and they certsainly work, but give it a few weeks. My wife loves the birds, we have six feeders in the garden so now they and us have peace.
