This was my first time trying a crown hairpiece. I should have known from the price it would not be of good quality. It is thin, doesn't stay in my hair, and doesn't match my hair.

I love the Bobbi Boss real hair wig that I purchased. This is my favorite name and I’ve never been disappointed. The hair is so soft. The front is a little long and catches in my eyelashes. I love how it is tapered in the back.

was going to buy a wig and started reading the reviews I don't understand why this company would send out crap. If you want good business and repeating customers treat them right

I wish there was a booklet on each hair piece. My husband hates the Rachel Welch color on me, I did have my hairdresser Tri. To fit my face, but I think I will need the length shortened, then maybe he’ll change his mind. and the hair piece in my color looks like a toupee, my hair dress said.

When I come to calif to visit my kids, is there any way to come in and try wigs on, I would like to get another wig, but it’s very hard with pictures then actually seeing the hair pieces in person.

this wig is not worth the price the color is not what i expected its so gray -silver- upon inspection the cap is very loose no combs ect! I didn't even try it on and now I am stuck with it and it cost a lot of money referring to the pastel layla wig, i dont know why it is not exchangable. I am bummed because now I am stuck

I did t realize there would be another $50 in custom duties.

This was a cheer me up gift for a friend. Due to Covid, and me having a Heart attack, this was delayed. The wig that arrived, the curls were much tighter, the wig was frizzy. It did not look like the picture on the website or on the packaging. It did not cheer her up.

I'm semi happy, but I ordered one that is has a little too much dark in it. But that was my fault. The piece is beautiful and so soft.

I have purchased all of my wigs from Best Wig Outlet. They have always exceeded my expectations; until recently. I had issues with the last two wigs. one...lace began to tear within the second time of wearing and two...the same exact wig I have been purchasing for a while now arrived much thinner all the way around and had patches throughout the lace top where it appeared someone had attempted to pluck the part and had plucked way too much. I am not a fan of paying 170.00 dollars for a used wig.

Ordering process was easy. Was pleased with the wig when I received it. Pretty much true to color and style. I will certainly order again in the future.

BestWig Outlet provides helpful emails, answered my questions. The wig is a quality wig. I will have it thinned out, as it is very dense hair on top of the head. The cap seems small l, and the wig is very tight. I’m worried it might start pulling up. Another criticism of brown colors in general, is I wish brown didn’t always mean red tones. I prefer ash tones in brown hair, but I will probably seek help to color it. Other than that, as I said, it’s a quality wig and hopefully I’ll get use out of it.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered 3 lace front wigs. Non of them had lace. I ordered a black short wig and when it came in it was light brown. I also ordered a short light silver wig and it came in dark silver, and also ordered a balayage wig and it was just straight up platinum blonde. Like Hannah Montana. Also they were SO shiny. Can’t brush it because all of the hair comes off. Very hard to style. Doesn’t even come with a hair cap like most places do. DO NOT ORDERED YOUR WIGS HERE
