I would never put my money in this scam site. My son played there and out of nowhere they suspended his account with his money and refuse to open even tho he has provided two kinds of identification,... See more

I am disappointed with my experience…
I am disappointed with my experience using Bet365, particularly in how they handle customer communication and account restrictions.
Within the space of just a couple of hours, I received four separate text messages encouraging me to place a bet on what was only a friendly match. This level of messaging felt excessive and intrusive.
Even if a customer has opted in to promotional offers, there is still a clear responsibility on the company’s part not to bombard users—especially given the well-known risks around gambling harm. Companies like Bet365 have a duty of care to ensure their marketing practices are responsible and do not target or pressure potentially vulnerable individuals.
Concerned about this, I contacted their customer support via email to ask why I was being targeted so aggressively. The response I received was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially implying that it was “not their problem.”
To make matters worse, the following day when I logged into my account, I discovered that restrictions had been placed on it.
It appears these restrictions were applied simply because I raised a complaint about their marketing practices—something they clearly did not appreciate.
This feels both unfair and retaliatory. Instead of addressing a legitimate concern about aggressive and potentially predatory marketing,
Bet365 chose to penalise a customer for speaking up.
Overall, this experience has left me with serious concerns about how Bet365 treats its customers, particularly when they question company practices.
I would strongly urge others to be cautious and to think carefully before engaging with a platform that appears to prioritise marketing over customer wellbeing.
Try to squeeze every possible margin.
They used (until recently) to have great odds and a wide variety of boosts that everyone could use.
Then they decided to get greedy. Prices of eg Rugby League spreads used to be 10/11 and 10/11 a 10% gain for them, but fair enough.
They have now reduced these to 5/6 and 5/6. The result of which meant I had all my RL bets elsewhere this and last weekend.
With horse racing their odds are lower tha William Hiils, Ladbrokes etc, but they used to give favourites a boost. Now they only boost outsiders - leading to me betting elsewhere again
They used to be really competitive and good. Now they're just greedy grifters trying to squeeze ever-increasing margins from their customers.
I was never a winning punter, but enjoyed the thrill. Nothing kills that buzz more than the feeling that your loyalty is being abused.
My account with them is now passive and unused. Watch them struggle during the workd cup when punters like me would have bet almost exclusively with them but have now fount alternatives,
Try the exchanges.
They froze your bet
They froze your bet , and don't allow the cahsout if you start wiining.
Avoid this terrible company.
Avoid this terrible company.
Online slots & games are completely rigged and filled with bots to appear like people are actually winning a lot.
They are also happy to take endless money in deposit without an issue, but will suspend your account and transactions for days upon withdrawal without reason.

Scamers
Scamers, had a hard time getting back my money. And customer service is the worst to deal with.
Time to change type of customer service After just posting a review a few days…
After just posting a review a few days ago I cannot believe what I had to put up with again. I placed a bet on a race with a free bet credits if bet lost. After my bet lost I then saw my bet credits applied with expiry date 30th May (6 days ago). Again back on live chat the guy was completely clueless as said found bet twice then said he couldn't find it twice then said only bet he could trace was 27th when I never placed a bet for over 2 weeks. Then asked me to tell him when it was done when it was only 30 kinutes before.Having to wait on tech team call YET AGAIN. Really feel now it is time to go elsewhere
Blackjack rigged. Won’t give me a free chip
In the last two weeks I’ve spent around $2,600. I came back to this site after taking a five year exclusion. Worst decision I could have made. Not ONCE was I able to cash out playing blackjack. I wasn’t playing Live blackjack. Every single time I made a deposit and played, 90% of the time the cards were in the dealers favor and making 20’s and 21’s out of the worst possible cards. It’s so rigged for the dealer to win. I could get ahead some here and there, but not enough to cash out. I am going to be deleting my account after this review because it is such a waste of money. The other thing, Support or management will not give me a free chip for all the money I’ve lost. I’ve never received any bonus or free chips from them, yet they claim I’ve been “deemed fully awarded” yet I NEVER received anything free from them for my loyalty and money lost. I will copy and paste their response to me asking for a free chip…
“Thank you for reaching out regarding your bet365 account.
I completely understand your frustration. I have checked your account and can see that there are no Casino offers available to you at the moment.
Accounts are continually reviewed, and Loyalty is awarded based on various factors, which include but are not limited to: recent activity, bets placed, stakes, and bonuses received. If a Loyalty offer is not credited, this means that your account is currently deemed fully rewarded.
Loyalty rewards don’t follow a fixed schedule. They’re added automatically if your account meets the criteria during the weekly review.
If you would like, the quickest and easiest way for you to close your account is online by going to the Account Menu, selecting Gambling Controls, and then Account Closure.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Kind regards,
Wil Z

Garbage. Funds disappeared. Ghost me when I enquire about the measly 70 quid missing. Keep it! I'll blast my money on world cup accas at sky bet!
Having a common name can get you banded.
So after months of back and forth and being on the phone on hold for over 20 min once again 365 says my account is banded. I have contacted Jersey gaming commission and Maryland's also which both say my name is not on the self exclusion list. I have a common name which 365 is aware of but yet does nothing to resolve this issue on their end. How can a company that makes billions not be able to correct a mistake that I personally have done the leg work on to go to the gaming commissions and them telling me that I have a common name. This is so crazy to me. Anyway I would never use 365 again and if you have a common name please be warned this can happen to you.
Useless support
Useless support. Cannot withdraw my money. Honestly, the worst. My money is stuck there. The support is worse than useless and all of them should be fired. Tried to withdraw my money THREE TIMES and ALL times failed. Support can't help, totally useless. All of these clowns should be replaced with AI.
Worse of the worse absolutely terrible…
Worse of the worse absolutely terrible you can put a £100 in on 40p a spin and not get one bonus stay clear
We should be able to give NO stars
We should be able to give NO stars! In six months I have spent £1000. No good wins. Basically just down £1000. My own fault obviously. I researched them and have no idea why overall, they were given a good rating! Do not show loyalty here! You rarely get dragons or free spins and even if you do- you often win more money on a normal spin than you do even IF you do finally get a dragon or the free spins!
After checking my review status and seeing it labelled as ‘unprompted’…. I googled what that meant. Apparently it’s ’when a customer wrote a review on their own, without receiving a formal invitation by the business’…obviously this is laughable. A business would clearly only invite you to make a review if it was positive! Does that response not defeat the purpose of Trustpilot? Furthermore, the google research also stated ‘unprompted reviews are not systematically linked to a purchase record by the platform.Because they aren't tied to an automated post-purchase system, businesses have the right to challenge or flag them if they suspect the feedback isn't based on a genuine experience’.
I can show bank statements and photo evidence of my claims made above and the fact that I have been a paying customer…an option not offered with the ‘customer feedback’ platform. Should bet365 offer a payout I would change my review, but I’m obviously not the only dissatisfied customer and am appalled that it’s already been insinuated that I am ‘not a paying customer’ and have basically made this up!
