Theft. If you click cash out and then confirm the cash out your algarithim cant decided after the fact that cash out is not an option. I will spend my money elsewhere

This casino is the worst constantly glitches and it just eats money between the skipping and the bull crap sign up bonus is a joke ....I don't recommend this one ....I have few more days left till bonus is over and I'm deleting it...

Avoid this platform if you expect fair promotional terms. I followed the guidelines for their offer, but bet365 voided the payout due to hidden, overly complex terms and conditions.
I kept winning money on the free to play daily game and eventually I won over £100 on the daily game. A sign came up almost straight away saying account suspended (it was indefinitely). I took my winnings out by bank transfer straight away, before that froze.
They don't mind when people who may have problems deposit money, but they don't like you winning. Especially if you haven't paid a penny.
The worst thing was, I asked them to close my account today, and the last man I spoke to, who was actually the best, kept saying, do you just need a break etc. I said no, I want to close my account and any data you have of mine. Then I got an email with all their office addresses, which are spread around Europe and the Americas. And the strange thing was in the small print, it said "we may of sent this by accident, but if this reaches you, delete it straight away. It's an illegal document to own for someone without permission. Any copies or if sent to anyone is breaking the law. Then I wrote back, " So you're using scare tactics? " And it kept sending the same thing, so it was obviously a bot ai sending the emails. It's still very strange they sent me that email though. That's really dodgy. Almost a threat. But I don't mind sharing. They won't get much out of me if they sue me.

Its so disappointing that they limt the stake and reduce the ods when wining to much. Unfair.

BEWARE: accounts can be compromised and 365 do absolutely nothing about it, take it from me! I’ve lost £190 as a result of suspicious activity on my account, Bet 365 want nothing to do with it. I’d recommend another platform if you I tend online betting!

What a terrible site!! Games don't work, get kicked off if you win a couple of bucks. Would give it a zero if I could. Don't waste your money

Well this happened a while ago my girlfriend used to have a bet365 app and as I did too she had to self exclude herself from all casino apps because she got advised too as she needed some debts clearing and I was nothing to do with this self exclusion I went to go on my account and said my account had been blocked so I contacted bet365 and asked why my account had been blocked they told me they couldn't give me a reason why and ended the chat being really rude and ever since this as happened I've gone back on the app every so often and still get the same answer every time they are horrible members who work there and wouldn't recommend to anyone so I suggest who ever owns bet365 you need to sort this out big time!!!

Before you play in the bet 365 casino, just flush your money down the toilet. Because I don't know if they have any standards or legal payouts, but I haven't won anything in a month.They just take and take and take and take.

Smooth payouts and solid offer. Especially sports offer. Good casino, a bit weak on the promotions but solid choice.

Having had my 20yr old account Limited again so far for about a month, I contacted LIVE CHAT & was repeatedly told 'Won't be a minute'', then 'I'm just contacting the dept that can help. After 15 mins chat tells me it can't be contacted & must be closed for the Bank Holiday O.M.G

I opened an bet365 account two weeks ago and started with $100, but I lost. Then I deposited $500 and only won $1300, but they put restrictions on my account because I won. They only let you play here if you lose, and nobody answers your questions. This site should be shut down.

Worst betting site/app. When u start winning they restrict your account so you cant big higher. They want people to keep losing.

This company is a scam. I placed a BET on the APP WEST HAM VS LEEDS FINAL SEASON GAME and was litellaly watching my BET thinking if i should cash out. Once west ham score second goal,app froze as usual,affterwards my BETS disappeared.

For the first time writing a review. A few days ago I was trying to click on my bet to view my teams. I had £45 on an acca. For some miraculous reason the bet cashed out and it was £20. I contacted them and asked them to return the money in bet credits since it was their app that glitched. I got no help. I literally had to put back the £20 with the exact same teams. Today after win a few games in my acca I went on there and saw the St Gallen game was void. That's after they won 3-0. They emailed me a gave some stupid reason. Why wait after the game tho. These guys are beginning to act unethical and more like scammers. Not happy

Can’t believe bet365 are treating the Southampton selection to be promoted as a loss when most bookmakers have voided the selection.
They even state on google it’s being treated as void.

Think the betting world should think twice about using bet365 as they have no scruples and treat customers disgracefully.

If I’d known about Gamblrado sooner, I never would have deposited any money here in the first place! Bet365 may be a big company, but unfortunately that means absolutely nothing! For one thing, they don’t pay out your winnings they just want you to gamble it all away again and for another, their odds are terrible! I’m never playing here again! Gamblrado, for example, is 1,000 times better!

They have the worst odds, the worst pay outs on the slots. The staff are unhelpful and rude. Then they just disconnect from you without helping

Crap! Scammers. Never works. Placed a bet and says one of the players I have as a goal scorer for AFL is voided when he isn’t and he scored. Now my cash out is low and I called and they said can’t do anything about it
