Betplay.io Account Blocked After Freeroll Winnings and Cash Game Play – My April 2026 Experienceience with…
I want to share my experience with Betplay.io so that other poker players—especially those trying to build a bankroll through freerolls—understand the risks of using lightly regulated gambling platforms.
My case began on 19 April, when I won $88 from a Betplay freeroll / promotional contest. The prize was credited instantly to my account.
According to Betplay’s published Terms and Conditions, contest winnings are subject to a 1x rollover requirement, at least one $10 deposit, and a 30-day period to complete those requirements before forfeiture.
After receiving the prize, I used $10 of that balance to sit at a poker cash table. Through gameplay, that amount increased to approximately $193.
However, after leaving the table, the $193 was not credited back into my main Betplay account balance.
At that point, I contacted support and specifically asked whether there was any issue with my account and whether it was valid. This happened on 21 April.
Support confirmed that my account was valid and in good standing.
Only after this inquiry and prior confirmation did the situation escalate.
The funds remained under review, were later confiscated, and my account was permanently blocked.
The explanation I eventually received was a general accusation of “fraudulent activity,” allegedly confirmed by their Poker Team and Technical Team.
However, no case-specific conduct, no supporting evidence, and no exact Terms clause were disclosed.
When I requested clarification, I was told they could not reveal their methods or tools because it would compromise their systems.
This created several major concerns:
- My account was explicitly confirmed as valid by support after the gameplay issue arose.
- The system allowed me to join the cash table and complete the session without restriction.
- The winnings generated at the table were not credited properly, which led me to seek clarification.
- Only afterward was I accused of fraud and permanently blocked.
- No transparent explanation was given for the confiscation.
I also attempted to use live chat for escalation.
Live chat redirected me to email support.
Email support stated that the decision was final and not subject to appeal.
When I asked live chat whether any separate escalation path existed beyond the same support inbox, the conversation went silent.
In practice, this created a closed-loop process:
- Email support declared the matter closed.
- Live chat refused authority and redirected back to email.
- No independent review path was offered.
I am not claiming that every action by the operator is illegitimate.
I am sharing the facts of my documented case so other players understand the risks.
My advice to freeroll players:
- Do not assume that because a platform lets you play, your actions are fully protected under its internal rules.
- If winnings do not credit properly, stop play immediately and resolve the issue before continuing.
- Keep screenshots and records of balances, tables, and support conversations.
- Treat promotional balances as conditional until all requirements are fully satisfied.
- Be cautious when using freeroll winnings in cash games unless the rules clearly allow it.
For players trying to build a bankroll through freerolls, the key lesson is this:
A platform may allow gameplay operationally, but later reinterpret events under broad anti-abuse rules.
Always document everything, because transparent recourse may not be available if disputes arise.

What a disaster! The fake games are different from the original ones. I went back to play with them and I still got 300 euros, not even 2 euros per spin, and it went on like this for over 250 spins on various stakes and games. Be careful, the games are fake and they have control over it. I've lost a ton of money with them and it's always the same. You missed the game. The RTP0 loyalty bar has been in the same place for a year, and support can't tell me why. What a disaster! The casino is rock bottom.
