Technical error cost me $255 – Support offered an insulting compensation
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. During a Live Roulette session, the game completely froze due to a technical error on the casino's side. As a result, $255 was deducted from my balance for a round I couldn't even witness or participate in.
When I contacted support, they admitted there was an issue but refused to issue a proper refund. Instead, they offered a measly 20 free spins as 'compensation' for a $255 loss. This is absolutely unacceptable and insulting to a loyal player.
It seems this casino prefers to keep money lost due to their own software glitches rather than providing fair service. I strongly advise everyone to be careful playing here – if the game lags, you will lose your money and support will not help you. I am still waiting for a fair refund of my $255 stake.
UPDATE: Betplay refused to refund my $255. Their 'solution' was to ask me for a video recording of the glitch. Since I don't record my screen 24/7, they closed the case. They care more about a technicality than their players. I am closing my account. AVOID at all costs if you play high stakes.
