Funds Locked, Account Closed With No Explination
I deposited 0.00559 BTC after winning a decent amount the previous week. Out of nowhere, my account was suddenly locked while I was playing, with no warning. Support claimed it was due to "suspicious activity," but refused to give any specifics. I've never used a VPN, never had multiple accounts -- nothing that violates their rules.
After several back-and-forth emails, they permanently closed my account and confiscated my balance, which at that point was over 0.015 BTC. No appeal process, no transparency - just gone.
Feels like as soon as you start winning or withdrawing, they'll find a vague excuse to shut you down and keep the funds. I should've listened to others and stayed far away from this place.
This isn't a casino — it's an online trap designed to steal your funds.

They purposely make you log out and change your password (or they delete you from their server been a tech guy for 20 years dont question me) so you can make a new account which they can detect so they log your device ID and the dont stop you from making multiple accounts until you do and you try to withdrawel after winning it goes under their review which is really their fraudelant way of still taking deposits without review until you win and withdrawel thats when they suspend their accounts. I hoper interpol ic3.gov and any law enforcement agency can jump in because betio is running on fraudelant terms they set their clients up for failure on purpose and find any way not to pay out even when you have won. I knew i wasnt seeing my withdrawel. Regardless if you allowed incoming transactions you should allow outgoing but no they are greedy and inhumane and will purposely set their users for failure in any given chance but guess what everything leaves a print and everything has a log even if you deleted the logs. And when law enforcement and interpol come to say hi to your server they will ha e many questions to ask and you will have no answers only lawyers with a site thats now siezed. By the way they allow US players to gamble please check server past server logs. They can automatically block you but they choose to wait for you to deposit then once u withdrawel they rob you instead of blocking you automatically for multiple accounts. THIS IS FRAUD AND YOUR REPLY DOESN'T MEAN A THING WHEN YOU ARE ROBBING YOUR CLIENTS WHERE DOES THOSE BITCOIN GO CAN SOMEONE LOG THIS ?
