The worst company ever!!! Account verification is terrible... Customer services also one of the worst! Now waiting my last withdraw and still none respond!!! Avoid

This site limits theoretically profitable bet winners very quickly, stay well away, do not waste your time.

Avoid this site at all costs. Their practices are deceptive, and they consistently evade payout by making baseless claims about violating terms and conditions. With over 15 years of experience using various betting sites, I've never encountered one that confiscates winnings and one that is as deceitful as this one. This site operates in a manner that can only be described as criminal. Stay far away to protect your money and avoid unnecessary trouble.

False advertising. They are currently running a promotion for $500 bonus bet but if you read the terms of condition you can see that it expired December 31, 2023.

This sportsbook scammed me for ~1200€
I made deposit of 698€ and me around 1200€ from it, next day they asked for verification, after I finally uploaded everything on the next day I could not log in again. I did not get any information about it, account just got closed I had to contact twice support to get that information and it took almost a week to hear that my account i closed and funds confistacted just because "they can do it". PURE SCAM CASINO

I did deposit of 500 eu, after winning 950 they closed my account, i send screenshots of my withdrawal but they are denying it with no shame… this is horrible experience and never again

This sportsbook just scammed me for 2058€, They requested on my account a verification, I sent them all documents they requested after next days I could not log into my account anymore. I did not get any mail nor any information that anything happened with my account. I had to contact live support to get told that my account is closed but they can't provide me any reason.
They closed my account without any reason, they did not even inform me about it and stole 2058€ balance (1200€ was my deposit)

Absolute joke of a site…the casino games don’t hit bonuses your basically spinning your money away and on the odd occasion that you do hit one it gives you nothing…avoid slots just takes your money

Not a bad site, but it needs to update the design to a more modern one. And the loading speed also needs to be made faster to make it more comfortable to use.

I changed from mobilebet to betsafe. And I’ve gotta say that I have never experienced a more sneaky site. First of all, the process of becoming verified is a hell. Upon submitting my Norwegian passport I was asked to submit yet other documentation that I in fact was living in Norway. I had deposited like €3000 and they refused to give it back. What the hell is this ??? You deposit money and it’s theirs unless you fulfil certain comditions ?

Second, the time lag from pushing ‘withdrawal’ to actually receiving the money is too long. I got message that my withdrawal was approved like 5 days ago and I haven’t seen any sign of the money. With Mobilebet it was 3 days tops.

Third, I noticed that the numbers went all hay wire on bets MANY times. For instance, since I bet on tennis, suddenly the score would go crazy, to the point where you didn’t know what the score actually was. All orher scores that was not in my bet remained stable/normal. Of course, in the end, the correct score was shown but it makes it REALLY hard to decide, for instance, if you should cash out/pull out.

Fourth, I noticed several times that the ‘cash out’ button just dissappeared when your bet was in serious trouble. For instance, I place a bet on player x, who plays player y. When y starts to dominate and you want to cash out/pull out, the cash out button disappears, upon entering the details of the game the button appears for 2 seconds, then disappears. I found a way to push the button in these 2 seconds, then you need to be fast to condirm, otherwise the conform button is gone as well.

In sum, I have this sneaky feeling about betsafe. After doing a 10 streak win things start to happen. One time I couln’t even see the cash out button and I lost €1000. A lot of money, right ? I still wonder if I will get my money that I withdrew.

i withdraw my winning money last sept9 2023 and then they ask for some documents to verify. nextday i got an email said my account is verified.then another day again got an email it say my withdrawal is under review.another day again my account is lock an got an email it say i need to send an screenshot of my deposit and bankstatement for my deposit refund and need to wait 5bussines day for refund.

I downloaded this app to experience a great betting night and the first day I downloaded the app, it had technical issues and my bets were not available for me to see. The customer service staff were not helpful in getting this situation correct. This app and the people behind this app will be without a job in no time. Worst app by far!

I was tricked into making a first deposit based on a promotion for Canadians, only to find out they do not consider Ontario a part of Canada. Was then ridiculed by CS for thinking Ontario would be considered a part of Canada.

Also, as to why they have to trick you to get you to deposit, my guess it is because they offer among the worst odds and highest vig in the market.
