Scam. When it was time to cash out my winnings, they made it a nightmare. Endless hoops to jump through, long delays, and excuses left me feeling frustrated and cheated. I've had it with Betsafe and switched to bit7casino.com where I can actually enjoy my winnings. Avoid Betsafe.

Complete joke. Gave me games other than what I bet on. It would only let 1 in 10 bets go through. They lie to get you in the door with promo. This site should be shut down and there licence revoked. Complete cheaters,liars, and very unethical. How were they even given a license to open a site in Colorado that doesn't even work?

I don’t know why all the bad reviews I’ve had great experience on betsafe with withdrawals and deposits the RTP is great I followed the procedure’s got verified did all the steps needed for withdrawals haven’t had one issue with them at all great site to play on and great customer service ..

As part of the Betsson Group, I believed and trusted in this company named Betsafe

I created my account, deposited, played and done a few profits (160,05)

However, the site has not paid for my withdrawal so far

So, it is a scam site: it exists only to receive registrations and deposits, and does not pay the player who wins something

I would like to get my money back to my account (160,05) to continue playing

Until then, my thoughts are negative about this company

even 1 star is too much, they trying to show a lot of intresting bets, but one problem - LIMITS is lower than low, and if you win you could bet only few euros, GARBAGE AVOID!

Informed be that a withdraw was processed and it never arrived in my bank account. For 3 weeks I provided my account statements, going back and forth with email and chat support. In the end they refused to re send the withdraw, pocketing a substantial amount of money. This book is a fraud.

I registered with Betsafe to bet on a sports game that was live.
Once registered, I deposited money with a bank transfer (10Eur), and it instantly was sent to Betsafe account, also my bank showed confirmation that it's no more pending, but already in their account.

They lied that it's not confirmed my bank account, and I sent them a part screen to prove, then they said that the first deposit had to be made from different account.

Now I have to wait multiple days for MAYBE my money to get refunded.

AVOID!

I couldn't pass the verification to deposit steps.
I click deposit it'll say verify I go to verification it says my account is verified back to deposit you need to verify .
I don't need this drama.
