Could be better
Could be better. My child is learning to swim and don’t see anything learning there. The kids are in the pool by themselves, just splashing water.
Quiet disappointed in the teaching process.

I like the teachers who are nice and seem very knowledgeable. The people at reception where not very helpful. The complex is kept clean.

I have been going here for two weeks now and every member of staff have been great and they all understand my needs has a deaf person it is very easy to missunderstand what is going on but all the staff look at me face to face so I never miss a word the facility are great and the app is very user friendly and clean so I would say great place

Good membership options but lacking in facilities/ cleanliness
It was easy to set up the membership but I had to wait for my occupation to be approved for the discount.
The gym is equipped quite well but it's not very clean or well maintained

cheeky to ask more money off customers
I really hope you actually invest into the lesiure centre. we are now paying more monthly for a gym that does not have much and truth be told falling apart from every aspect i would say so. cheeky to ask members to pay more money monthly and not actually invest back into the building.
