Payment was a pain as I couldn’t pay on a credit card unless I paid in full- bit of a rip off. Your app is painful, but yours in the only gym in the area with a sauna so you have got me for now.

Classes are great
Classes are great. The instructors let you go at your own pace. Boy conditioning and Zumba classes places go quite quickly. You have to book in advance. When spaces become available they are taken up quite quickly. I book always book 2 half hour slots for the gym

To many children in one swimming lesson…
To many children in one swimming lesson my child didn't get any attention today very disappointing. I watched him during the whole lesson at times I could see my child needed help and was not approached complete waste of time today, not the first time this has happened the way the lessons are going it will take a very long time for my child to learn anything there should be less children in a lesson or more swimming teachers. I had to complain about the smell of urine in the changing rooms disgusting.

Booked and paid for swimming lessons only to be cancelled on the day of my son's 1st lesson don't know when his next lesson will be either,not a happy customer.

I am very sorry to hear that your son's first swimming lessons was cancelled at the centre. If you have purchased monthly lessons your child's next lesson would be the same day and time the following week. Your DD should be reduced next month to reflect the cancelled lesson. If this does not happen, please speak to the swim teacher so they can get a credit applied to your child's membership for the following month.

All her lessons were cancelled on the day she’s not been to one yet. You should have seen how heartbroken she was after looking forward for this for long time. She’s loosing hope now

I am very sorry to hear that your daughter's swimming lessons were cancelled. This usually happens due to the Swim Teacher being ill or an incident in the pool. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to your daughter but her membership fees will be credited in the future to ensure you are not charged for the missed lessons. If you speak to the Duty Manager or the Swim Teacher when you take your daughter for her next lesson, they should be able to confirm that the credits have been applied to your child's membership.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused when you attended the centre for your daughter's lessons.

Its need to be more clean
Its need to be more clean. Staff don't have enough knowledge. Gym always full of man's need to be ladies only sessions so ladies can feel comfortable and make more useful of membership.
