The agent set up the exact membership that I was after very efficiently and I am very happy with the outcome. I recommend Better to anyone who is after continuous fitness plan in order to reach his/her desirable outcome.

Poor maintenance of the facilities
Too many machines in the gym are out of order and some have been that way for weeks. The showers and changing rooms are dirty. People shouldn’t be allowed to use lockers without paying. There should be notices reminding people to return weights to the storage rack. In view of this poor maintenance I feel it is unacceptable that prices have been increased.

I attend the gym at least twice a week - some via healthwise. The environment is good and very accessible. It is also very clean and well managed. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and accessible. I fell suitably energised after attending and would recommend to anyone. My only complaint is that there aren’t enough healthwise pool sessions available. Seems impossible to get a place on one. I know this is down to pool access issues - not availability or enthusiasm of staff to deliver.

Great programme (Healthwise) great staff
The Healthwise programme is a really good idea for the likes of me (old and not in great shape!) Adam guided me through it with patience and expertise. He and the rest of the staff with whom I have come into contact are very friendly and helpful, making it a pleasure to come to the gym.

The team are always smiley and welcoming. The facility is clean and you really feel part of the community that is trying to keep healthy and well across the generations. The options for fitness training are varied and inclusive.
