I have just moved areas and signed up with Better Gym I booked an hour induction which was excellent focused on areas I requested suggesting lots of exercises to do. All the staff were really friendly and happy to help when you are there. The equipment is kept up to date, overall a nice place to go

I had an issue with setting up my account, the customer service team were brilliant, replied quickly and sorted my issues in a great and supportive manner. I’ve since attended an induction which was brilliant and have been multiple times and had great experiences every time!
