Women disabled shower
Would like to see a suitable disabled shower in the lady’s changing room at gosling spa and swimming was told to use the one down by gentleman changing room so took cloths down there and was not adequate as felt had to keep hand on door while getting dressed and all my cloths got wet and just didn’t enjoy the experience at all any plans to put a disabled shower in ladies please would be a big help to me and other ladies who need one thank you

Our Disabled facilities are designed to be a unisex changing area and should have a lock on the door so you can change in comfort and privacy. Ski at Gosling
Ski at Gosling - My daughter and I have been learning to Ski at Gosling and have loved the whole experience. The local manager (Jessica) has been super helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. The instructor (Graham) has been superb (over 30 years coaching experience) which has developed both my daughters and My own confidence and skill.

We had my Son's birthday trampoline…
We had my Son's birthday trampoline party and the planning was seamless and Zoe was really helpful in answering all my questions and additional requests. The guests enjoyed their time, only feedback is the size of the new room which could only fit the kids and the parents had to stand outside.

Ski lessons
Ski lessons.
We had a great experience from the Ski school staff. Although it was bit difficult to initially make contact (IT issues), once in touch, the staff were exceptional. Jess was very helpful in arranging Ski lessons and Matt H, the instructor was excellent.
My daughter who had never skied previously progressed from the nursery slope to the top of the slope in 2x 1hr lessons.
We would highly recommend the Ski school and staff. Thanks for giving my daughter the skills and confidence to tackle her school ski trip.

Skiing at Gosling
I am part of a group that using the ski slope on Thursdays. Perhaps call it an green ski slope as it is very low in energy usage. The lessons can be transformative especially when it is not busy. Skiing on the white stuff will become much easier. The folk running the skiing are really great. So most is positive except for a couple of things. Practically all similar organisations will not charge for parking of customers. We are already paying for the skiing. So why not cancel the parking charges for the opportunistic golfers and skiers perhaps for an annual membership fee of £ 40? This use to be the case anyway! Let's face it, the parking near the golf and ski facilities is not particular great (unpaved etc.) Instead of Ypark (stupid name), a membership! And perhaps use the money to improve the slope and market this as a green slope?

Birthday party
We recently had an incredible birthday party at the trampoline park. Kids and parents had an amazing time and even a week after they are still talking about it .
Zoe was fantastic all the way through . She helped us with the booking and answered all our questions ( and we had lots :))) The entire staff team on the day were really really helpful and nice.
We strongly recommend this place if you want a great party !

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, as a new member they were very paitent and took the time to help and explain everything. Enjoyed the pool and saunas and nice to have a decent hairdryer and straightners for after the swim!

We have had a wonderful experience with our trampolining Birthday Party at the centre. The staff was very helpful from the moment of booking and up until the end of the party. There was no party in our party room prior to us and the staff have allowed us to start using the room earlier, so we could do the decorations and put the food on the tables in advance which helped a lot. The customer service was helpful too.

Children enjoyed the jumping but party host was poor.
The children enjoyed the jumping but we only saw our party host once. She greeted us at the front desk and handed out socks, when I asked, as the children arrived but that was it. I had to ask for someone to take the group through for the safety briefing. No-one came to tell me the party room was ready or where it was so I had to find someone to help me. We did not see another member of staff after that so we were very much left on our own which was disappointing.

Very nice space
Very nice space, with lots of things to keep kids entertained-clean also-the only thing i can mention is that party room was missing a hook for the coats and we all ended throwing them on the floor

Fab fun rings
The venue was just right. Staff were helpful and allowed the six young people to play with the fun rings in which ever way they wanted. This meant they didn't get bored and used the whole hour really well. The venue has undercover picnic benches, so as this was a birthday treat we ordered a takeaway dominoes pizza that we collected from front reception. Staff were very pleasant and yet clear about the safety aspects of fun rings. Would highly recommend

The ski centre is fantastic, shame about the parking
The ski centre is fantastic. Both myself and children have learned to ski here. There is a great sense of community and brilliant instructors. It is quiet during spring and summer, and groups lessons have small ratios - this is the best time of year to learn. We often enjoy trips to the Gosling cafe afterward.
I have to knock one star off because of the parking charges. We have been caught out by a silly error, and too many fellow skiers have been caught too by not paying immediately on entry. Gemini parking are awful, they send the fine notices really late giving almost no time to appeal.

Fantastic Ski Centre
My son and I started Ski lessons only 4 weeks ago, 1hr per week (Junior Ski school for my son and private lessons for myself) and already we are both skiing with confidence from the upper levels of the slope. The instructors are all excellent and very friendly. The centre is great value for money and I would highly recommend visiting. We have a great time each time we visit.

Need more fitness classes on weekday afternoons
Enjoy the classes but as I’m a Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm member I think there should be classes in the afternoon. At present the latest one I do, if I can get on, is 12.30. Also it’s a nightmare trying to get on classes at 10pm each night - all classes are over-subscribed. Is there a plan to bring in more instructors or find a different space to hold larger classes?

Gosling sports centre goes downhill
I have been going to the spa at Goslings for years and parking has always been free. However, now parking is chargeable. It makes the visit there just a tad too expensive for the benefit received, combined with the fact that recently facilities have not been working and I have seen mould growing near the shower area. Not clean. The parking change was made without notification and I was stung by Gemini parking with a £60 fine. The whole experience has put me off the place as it is yet another example of exploiting customers by private companies. I am now looking for a better venue where the facilities are cleaner and the overall cost including parking is reasonable. The place has gone downhill since Better took over. It should rebrand as Worst.

I am very sorry to hear that you received a parking fine at the Gosling Sports Park. We do have signs in the car park which advise customers of how to register if they have a prepaid membership with us or if they are a non member, how to pay. We apologise if you were not aware of the changes, however we did notify our active members of the changes and put up posters around the centre for non members who do not regularly attend the centre. I have attached the link below to the information on our website which advises customers with prepaid memberships how to register and non members how to pay.
In regards to the issues mentioned around cleanliness, I will pass on your feedback for the attention of the centre manager so they can look into this and arrange a deep clean.

Great classes and helpful staff
Amazing gym and fabulous range of workout classes available. Staff are very helpful and bubbly. Membership is very good value for money. Even a mini spa! Parking free for members, just register your number plate.
