Fun-filled birthday party!
We celebrated our son's birthday at the Inflatable Zone and we had a fantastic time, including the adults!
This venue is a great choice for all ages! I'm so glad we picked this venue. It's also reasonable price.

We had such a lovely time celebrating our child’s birthday here! The staff were helpful and welcoming, everything ran smoothly, and the kids had a blast. It all went to plan, and the communication beforehand was reassuring. Would definitely recommend for a fun party!

Hatfield Leisure Centre Inflatable zone
I have booked two of my children’s parties at the inflatable zone. The kids had an amazing time, the venue and inflatables were so clean. Natasha and the team were incredible both times, they were on hand to help with anything we needed big or small, they made the whole experience of hosting a party so easy! I will be booking again in the future. I cannot recommend Natasha and the team at Hatfield Leisure Centre highly enough.

The manager seb isn’t very much polite…
The manager seb isn’t very much polite with the customers, he doesn’t seem to know how to run the gym, things are always needing fixing. Fitness instructors are great though. They always seem approachable.

We had an inflatable party here for my son. All the kids loved it, It was fantastic value for money and the 2 staff members that stayed with us throughout the 2 hours were amazing. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Amazing place, my son had a fantastic birthday here, him and his friends loved the inflatables, the party room was great for our theme… football … and the staff was very supportive… only one thing to complain, the glass door and window were too clean and my son hit his head on it (nothing to worry) and another one of his friends too… maybe to do something about that part… otherwise I will 100% recommend this place !

MAINTAINING THE CHANGING ROOM
The equipment in the gym works and meets my needs. Although the gym often seems quite busy when I attend I usually find I don't have to wait to use anything.
The men's changing room is spacious but was closed for maintenance when I turned up today. I was told a notice was on the door and had been posted on the website. Eventually found the notice on the website but you it seemed to me you wouldn't look for it unless you knew it was there! As for the notice on the door, I'd used the changing room on Monday and notice indicated the toilet area was closed but didn't seem to mention the changing facility.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday at Hatfield Leisure Centre and it was a huge success! Matthew was incredible - his enthusiasm and dedication to making the party special were evident from start to finish. He even went above and beyond by bringing his own printer to print out photos for us, which the kids absolutely loved!
Natasha was also brilliant, ensuring the kids had an amazing time and were always happy to help with anything we needed. The whole team were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly.
The facilities were clean, safe, and perfect for a kids' party. We'd highly recommend Hatfield Leisure Centre to anyone looking for a stress-free and fun celebration. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give them ten stars if we could! Thanks again, Matthew and Natasha, for making our daughter's birthday so special.

I didn’t know the Flex Adult membership is one session per month for £10 and I subscribed to it, plus the £12 registration charge 🤦♂️

Glad I took the first step
I was referred here by my GP. I was quite anxious about joining as I've never set foot in a gym before. However I didn't need to worry everyone was so lovely and I felt at ease straight away. The staff I have met so far have been nice and I think I will enjoy coming here.

Superb Healthwise scheme in Hatfield
I've been using the Healthwise scheme at Hatfield Leisure Centre for about 8 months now. Gemma has been helping me in identifying exercises I can do with my physical limitations and has been wonderful support. The health centre itself is great - clean and smart with a wide range of equipment in the gym.
The leisure centre also has a room separate from the main gym that has gentle gym-style equipment used for rehabilitation and movement instead of building strength, which is unusual but so good when usual exercise isn't an option.

Sexual harassment in parking lot
Women may risk being sexually harassed when going to courts/through parking lot in the back of building. The gym shares facilities with a car company in the back. These employees had catcalled a female runner, including calling out p*ssy. While the gym has said it cannot take responsibility, I find it unacceptable that it will not take womens' safety concerns seriously enough to share complaint with car company. I would suggest parents accompany teenage girls when walking alone to the courts in the back.

We understand that incidents like this are unacceptable, and your safety is of the utmost importance.
While the gym may not be directly responsible for the behaviour of the car company employees, we certainly take our customer's safety seriously. In the meantime, we highly encourage everyone to report any safety concerns to the Police so they can address them promptly with the car company.
We appreciate your suggestion about parents accompanying teenage girls and will take that into consideration while working on further improving safety in and around our facilities.

My boy just started sweeming lessons and he absolutely loved it .The teaches are very helpful even the staff in reception are traying their best to help with eny questions we have got.

Helpful staff. Good equipment for elderly / disabled / recovery
Excellent centre with helpful staff.
Always greeted with a friendly smile & staff are happy to help with anything - made to feel valued.
The Wellness Hub (formally Shapemaster) is a unique selling point for this gym - motorised machines which help you exercise gently, ideal for elderly, disabled, injury recovery etc the list is endless! A great way to rebuild strength & get your joints moving.
The lady running it Carol, is very knowledgeable & helpful (Tue & Sat mornings) offers support & advise to help you with your goals.
Friendly patrons & supportive family environment makes it a pleasure to visit!
Allot of people start in this room to help with mobility & fitness & progress upstairs to the main gym for further exercise!! It’s an excellent place to begin your journey into the gym environment.
Highly recommended.

The best party venue for my 8 year old!!!
The best party venue for my 8 year old!!! The team were great from start to finish - easy booking, cheap, quick response to emails and they even let us pop in and see the rooms/ask questions, all before the day.
The experience only got BETTER on the day. The team were super helpful when setting up the room and party for us. Natasha was the BEST party host we’ve ever had. She guided 20+ kids throughout our party which saved me sooo much stress (always a worry as a parent hosting a kids party!!). Belinda kept everyone safe on the inflatables and Sebastian, the manager, supported the whole thing throughout.
We also really liked that the main event and the ‘party room’ were separate, this was a breath of fresh air for a lot of people, especially those who wanted a break from the party or who had small children.
After all the fun, the team also cleaned up the room for us (we tried our best but had no cleaning tools!). We had positive feedback from all of the parents and my son had an amazing birthday, all thanks to this team and venue, I really can’t thank them enough. We will be forever grateful for this wonderful day!
I would 100% recommend this venue for kids parties, we’ve had 8 over the years and this was by far the best and least stressful!!
