Sensitive and reassuring
I have recently had 2 sessions with Gemma and she is amazing! I was referred by the GP and she made me feel so at ease, explained everything really well and is very supportive. I like the way the machines in the gym don't need a fob thing.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. whenever I ask for anything, they are there to help or answer questions.
My induction was informative. My blood pressure was taken and I was shown around and given a plan with follow up. I felt very supported.

So far I have had no problems at all
So far I have had no problems at all, nice new machines and no trouble getting onto them, my only complaint would be that as a senior member it would appear that I am able to use all the facilities in my town, I joined the leisure centre in Hatfield but was led to believe that I was also entitled to use the swimming centre as well, verified by a member of staff at the leisure centre when I joined. To negate any problems I also emailed your help desk to verify this was in fact the case, this was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for an answer. If this is NOT the case can I transfer my membership from the leisure centre to the swim centre without any penalty? . Terry Lawrence

Amazing experience and wonderful staff at the reception! I love to spent my free time to this Center. It’s is calm, tidy and clean place. There has enough space for everyone!

A great all-rounder
The gentleman who I first met when I first walked in was very helpful. We set up my account together and he gave me a tour of the gym. All his information was very clear and showed me the app, my options etc.
The gym itself has everything I personally would need - I'm generally doing this for my mental health and to try and get my heart rate up so I don't tend to go where all the weights are, even though there are lots of choices.

Although the gym is good. The changing fascilties are bad. There is no heating. The showers often don't have any hot water or are very hot. There is no hair dryer. Hand dryer has not worked for months. Hot tap stays on wasting energy.
