Run down and cold pool
The place is in desperate need of a make over. The changing areas and pool are so run down and there is mould throughout. The pool was so cold that my child (who was attending swimming lessons) was in tears when they got out.
Staff are very nice and attentive, which is the redeeming feature! Please make this the next location to be fixed!

The swimming pool was very cold and my daughter couldn’t hear the swimming coach as it seems like there are a bit too many children per a class .

Nobody there for induction, gym dirty
Turned up for my induction after joining online, to be told the guy who does them is off all week, so the induction can't happen and nothing can be done. When I asked if they would be contacting the other induction people this week, was told no as they can't get into the computer for their email addresses?? The man on reception was kind and showed me where everything was, but no new arrangements were made for the induction. Instead I was allowed to use the gym independently. Unfortunately I was shocked at how dirty it was. Not just the puddle of sweat/rainwater around the first machine I tried to get on, but the whole room and all of the equipment just felt grimy. The windows and floors are filthy and the equipment is scuffed and looks and feels unclean. Not a good start.

Only 4 Stars, as today in the ladies changing room , for ladies gym users , a male came into the changing rooms to check the alarm in the disable shower, he did not knock on the door, luckily no female having a shower or walking around with just wrapping a towel around there body like they do.
Yews I do understand that the test have to be made , but could it not be a female , just for that one ‼️ ,
It has now put me off from having a shower after my hard work out.
